We engaged with JLA to do a fire extinguisher install at one of our clients newly fitted out offices. From dealing with Susan Harvey and Frazer Reeves on the specification for the install (which included some complicated and short timescale delivery arrangements as well as some last minute changes to scope) right up to the installation engineer, Joshua Sandy, JLA pulled out all the stops to make it a success - so much so that our client remarked that it was an excellent experience. Thank you all who were involved to making it a great success.

We waited two weeks for this repair, with several engineers attending who were unable to resolve the issue. Today the engineer from JLA - Jack Betts came quickly identified the problem and fixed the 2 washing machines professionally and efficiently. His knowledge and expertise stood out, and we would be very happy to have him attend our site for any future service visits.

We have a 24 total call-out contract the engineer arrived within that time line. He said we had a kinked small plastic detergent hose but said he did not carry this on board said he would be back next day. Then got a call from JLA to say he is off on the Friday and following Monday so will be with us Tuesday PM. So a glass washer without detergent for days ?
Don’t get why a engineer would not carry any spare reel of that tubing on board

I would give less than 1 star if it was possible.
I had a break-in and 10 washing machines were broken into from the cash boxes.
When JLA engineer came to make reports on which parts were needed , 6 machines could not be repaired due to parts no longer available which was understandable and 4 machines could be repaired.
Don't know what the engineer did but ended up doubling 1 machine that could not be fixed, so I was missing paper work Job sheet of 1 repairable machine.
Do you think they worked this out? Hell no, I worked out what had happened in an hour and they took nearly 2 weeks!
Back and forth with them finally everyone was on the same page until a different engineer came to fix the machines with standard coin/money boxes which can be easily broken into with standard lock barrel compared with the up rated barrel I had previously (I was told they had up rated boxes now). Don't know if they were referring to their new model machines.
It has been 10 weeks I have not traded. The customer care service is diabolical. This used to be a good company 12 plus years ago!

The engineers was very impressed with the work and enthusiasm also giving advice to the staff l would like him to visit regularly if the machine has issues very polite gentleman

We have had a query since June 2025 being overcharged for an item on our monthly invoices where an order for a bespoke item had finished and became our property. The previous Bursar contacted JLA and the accounts manager to resolve this problem back in September and October 2025 but it remained unresolved. We ended up cancelling our direct debit in October 2025 due to frustration in not getting this matter sorted. I spoke to the accounts manager in December about the situation that we had overpaid between June-October 2025 hence would require a refund as well as the later invoices being credited and the direct debit mandate amended. (An email reflecting our conversation was also sent to him.) I have spoken to customer services regarding this matter monthly and assured that it would be finally resolved but nothing happens and no updates are ever given! We then receive a generic reminder email from the accounts manager saying "JLA are not aware of any disputes" dispute my emails and trackers saying differently. Not impressed that now nearly a year later the matter remains unresolved and has not been made a priority!

Excellent service from Jay when he fixed our window panes which had condensation in them. Clean tidy and on time. Would highly recommend

The engineer who came out to fix 2 of our washing machines kept me updated of what had gone wrong with them and even though he wasn't carrying the parts to fix one machine he was able to at least get the other one working so i was able to still manage the wash load.
