Dishwasher on lease
I called regarding a dishwasher that was not working properly and received excellent response from the staff. They arranged service engineer visit immediately, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, I felt valued as a customer and was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Based on the support and service I have received, I am not considering leasing additional kitchen equipment from this company. I would definitely recommend JLA to others and look forward to their continued support and service.

First time JLA cxallout.
Great people taking calls and directing them where they need to go. The machinery we have off them is top notch, and when a call out is placed, the call out time and response, is really quick aswell. The engineers, when on site are very courteous and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. JLA as a company lead, where others follow.
