I've not received my order in over a month. I've tried contacting them about it to no reply. I didn't want to give a bad review. I've always loved the products and this is the first time it's happened.

My item has not arrived. I've emailed multiple times in the last 2 weeks to try to get help via tracking (there is none despite an email to say it is 24 hr royal mail tracked) I've messaged via social media and no response. I've also been checking my spam just in case, not in there either. Really poor delivery and zero customer service. So disappointing. I wouldn't have minded a delay of 72 hours for a reply, think that's reasonable but I have heard nothing at all. I will be contacting the bank tomorrow to reverse the transaction due to lack of goods and no contact.

Returned leggings costing £18 but didn't get any refund. Tried contacting via FB to be advised the page is not monitored and to email the help address, did this twice after leaving 3 messages on the website but still have no response whatsoever!!! Jenny Juice still owes me £18 😡 customer service doesn't exist!

Never recieved. Tried emailing, messaging their Facebook page. Nothing. Disappointed, got recommend them by a few people. Seems they're not as good as they used to be. Glad I paid via PayPal, was refunded immediately so obviously somethings going on.

Shocking no response from emails and no refund as promised on packing slip . Customer service is non existent and shopping experience is not good

**Update- PayPal themselves refunded me after no response from Jenny Juice. Looked on company gov website and that suggests it MAY be closing (active proposal to strike off) so I would avoid as if you have an issue it is unlikely to be solved by them.***

-They sent the wrong item and are impossible to get in contact with, even an acknowledgement email would have sufficed. Really wanted to order more from these guys and get it sorted quickly but no customer service what so ever and obviously wrong item sent too. Currently trying to get refund through PayPal but have to wait a couple of weeks to give chance for company response first, which seems unlikely.

I love Jenny Juice, especially the earrings and leggings, but I was beginning to think my order was 3rd time unlucky when I didn’t get a tracking number. However, the order has just arrived, 15 days after ordering. Packing slip has the 15th on it and it’s now the 25th not sure who had the parcel for 10 days but will hope to run into JJ at festivals in future, postage seems touch and go for almost a fiver!

Fantastic leggings, won’t be boring anymore going out walking

Didn't receive my order and I've had no response from any form of contact. I can't get my money back from the bank as my order was less than £100. How many others are you doing this to? I'm really upset by this.

I received the wrong item, I ordered the £18 wildflower leggings ( black with the passionflower on and pockets). I received the £15 wildflower leggings, which are navy with no pockets and different flowers. On my invoice, it says I have been refunded for the potato face hair slides because you are out of stock, but I haven't received the refund . I have messaged on the website about my order numerous times and haven't had a response, and I have also emailed, but I've had no response. I am just really upset. I ordered from you before and had a really nice experience. Last time I received my order within 2 days but this time it took 12 days. My order number is 58315 please email me so we can resolve this.

Still waiting for them to sort out a lost parcel from 5 months ago! No communication at all despite trying multiple platforms! Disgraceful

I paid for a pair of leggings a month ago and I still haven't received them. I've tried contacting the company but I'm not getting anything back. It's really disappointing because money is tight and I don't get to treat myself often. I would not recommend.

Ordered a dress on the 3rd of May and then immediately got an email saying processing the email said 48 hour tracked delivery and then no communication it's been 2 weeks no sign of my order I've emailed twice I've messaged on Facebook and Instagram seller communication is non existent they just took the money and haven't updated on the item at all I don't recommend at all as their customer service is basically non existent.

Really good Leggings. Decent quality. Pattern doesn't disappear when stretched. Also has pockets. I'm tall as well so extra happy that they're long enough too.

Size fits me altho showing back fat I'm a 22-24. I ordered 28-30 because I hate a dress that shows all the lumps and bumps. The only way this would fit 28-30 is by stretching the pattern quite a bit and possibly distorting it.
I would order again.

As always I love your leggins I love the fact that they don't go see through and the images don't look stretched out as a woman with chunky legs this is usually a big issue for me... I've shared on my Instagram because I feel more people should know about jenny juice and will recommend you highly to my friends and family.
