I never received tracking information, and my order wasn't delivered. Despite several emails, contact via website and Facebook no one responded. Really disappointed. I wouldn't normally leave a poor review of a company but don't want anyone else to be in the same position of waiting for their order and then being ignored as well as our of pocket.

I am most disappointed. My first order was brilliant- quick delivery, no problems. This order is a no show. I placed an order on July 13th and haven't received a tracking number or a parcel. Paid for 24hr delivery. Trying to make contact is impossible and I'm nearly £30 out of pocket. Having read the other reviews I wonder if there was a glitch on 13th July as another customer has exact same issue.

Extremely fast delivery, leggings are gorgeous and have pockets!! I had a good laugh at the mystery box as I got a necklace with "Witch" on it. I'll be back for more leggings, they are fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic leggings, beautiful designs and the softest and most comfortable material. As soon as I put them on, it felt like a lovely soft hug. Immediately made another order when I saw a few more designs I liked in the sale. Great delivery time and all well packaged. The jewellery I have got is also really lovely too. So happy with my new obsession, so great to see more size inclusive fashion more readily available.

The order arrived fine but I have since sent two queries and had no response. I’ve used the contact on the web and the email address. Poor communication unfortunately

This was my second order from Jenny Juice, and it won't be my last. Fun and different, the leggings and dresses are so soft and comfy they will become your go-to clothes every day.

Normally I would have given a 4 or 5 score, but…. On this particular occasion I was very disappointed as I have received the wrong leggings and trying to get in touch has been tricky to say the least! I’m still waiting to hear about a resolution to this matter, so not very happy on this occasion esp as it’s my favourite design on this purchase!

Gorgeous clothing and accessories. At great prices and really good quality. I always get lots of Compliments when I wear my Jenny Juice dresses & earrings! 👌

Love my leggings, they fit well, feel great, look great. I always get compliments about them and I bought most in the sale. So absolute bargain!

Jenny Juice have well priced, adorable, and interesting products and always go above and beyond with packaging.

Still haven't received my order and haven't had any response to my messages to find out where my order is. Avoid.

These are great leggings. Well made, comfy and the print lasts well when washed. I keep coming back for more!
