Simple procedure to order. Good acknowledgements via emails.

I love Jenny Juice!! I now have 5 dresses. I love the designs and the fabric feels great. Bonus with the new dresses I purchased they have pockets 😁. I have had several people asking me where I get my awesome dresses from. Great value for money and the jewellery is really cool too.

Absolutely shocking company. Made an order and got 24 hour tracked delivery. No tracking provided and gave them 2 weeks to show up and nothing. Have tried emailing several times, messaging on Facebook and commenting and not a single reply over a month and a half later so have basically been robbed. Avoid avoid avoid.

This lady is a scammer. Takes you're money and no items come. She ignores all emails and messages. I was lucky I paid with PayPal and they refunded me right away. Must be well known to then by the looks of it.

Not arrived and no reply from customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

Unbeknown to myself until today the item missing from my order had been refunded already. So the problem was sorted and I will definitely be ordering from them again as soon as what I want are back in stock 😁

Ordered 2 dresses and 2 pairs of earrings. Sadly 1 pair of earrings was missing. Have messaged them lots on the contact us page, on Facebook messenger and via the web help link that came up and sadly no reply. Also the website wouldn’t allow me to create and account and have no look sorting that issue either.
I’m truly upset as the dresses are so soft and gorgeous and the earrings that came are excellent quality.
I really hope my issues get sorted as they have other stuff I’m interested in but as of this moment I can’t give a better score. It also amused me that a review link can come but no reply to my emails. 🤔🤔

Package received and most of my order wasn’t in there. Have messaged the company and emailed. I haven’t received a response. I haven’t received a refund or the rest of my order. My daughter is gutted as it was all for her.

Placed an order back in July. 2 items were missing. Have tried contacting them several times and have been completely ignored..by the looks of things, this is a regular occurrence. I'm now out of pocket by £20...so they e basically stolen from me. If you can't deal with Customer service, you shouldn't have a company!

First time ordering and I am absolutely gutted! Nearly 70 quid out of pocket, payed for 24 hr tracking post too and order never arrived...been 2 weeks and all emails and attempts to contact through the website ignored!!

Appalling customer service. I ordered some leggings via a 24hr tracked service. After giving them a week to turn up, I tried contacting JJ via all channels, email, social media etc. No reply whatsoever. I had to go to my bank to get my money back which I did successfully. How they're still in business is beyond me. They're shocking

Looked nothing like the picture online and bad quality too! I should have known it was dodgy because there was only one photo on the website of these leggings! I'd like a refund.

Started off great for the first few orders I placed and for that they would have received 5 stars. However, my most recent order (end of July) was a complete and utter shambles. As others have mentioned in similar reviews, their customer service is non-existent. The owner simply doesn’t bother to communicate no matter how many messages you send. I pre-ordered a pair of gonk leggings, they ended up sending me a camper van pair. So as there was no response, which I think is extremely rude and bad business practice on the side of the owner, I put in a PayPal claim which was just granted in my favour. So although I really wanted the gonk leggings, I won’t try and reorder, I’ll sell on the camper van ones and stick to my other leggings supplier who are a great deal more reliable. It’s a shame as this seller had some really nice leggings, but now she’s lost any further business from me!

My order never arrived and customer services non existent

I placed an order in the sale. 2 items were missing. I have emailed on multiple emails, used their contact us form etc. Tried social media, cannot get a response from anyone. Raised a case through clearpay but they still haven't responded. Their customer service is basically non existent and I am extremely disappointed. This is my first order and I will not be ordering from them again.

Can’t fault. Super fast shipping, well packaged and super comfy.

Fabulous quality of clothing and designs, packaged lovely and arrived quickly. Definitely be ordering again
