My 1st order went through with no issues, lovely leggings very impressed 2nd order never showed up, I tried contacting the company through their Facebook page and the online contact form and got no response. Luckily I had paid through Klarna and was able to claim a refund through them. Placed my 3rd order with them, thinking the last time was just a glitch and they were worth another try. No show again of the item, no tracking information, so again have contacted them and got no response so I've just claimed another refund.
Will not bother again.

Awful company! I ordered in August and still not received my order! Payment was taken straight away..Ive emailed them loads of times and everyone has been ignored! They should be shut down!

Terrible experience, purchased Halloween leggings on 13th October and 24 hour shipping, I received them 2 November. Three times I tried to contact the shop, each email ignored, I left a bad review on the FB page and suddenly I received them.
I will not shop again, as I now have Halloween leggings after Halloween which is pretty pointless.
I couldn’t be bothered to send them back as I’m certain it would have been months before I got a refund.
I will stick to using trustworthy companies like Llama Leisure in future.

I ordered a sale item hoodie on 6th October & the sale was completed on 15th. Despite this no hoodie has materialised in the post & I have heard nothing despite having contacted/ emailed this company 3 times! Really poor service, I’d like a refund but nobody responds….

Only buy from this company if you want to gamble on paying for an order that never arrives, with no response at all from the company to your enquiries, and no refund. Sadly, despite having enjoyed using this company in the past, I placed an order on the 26th Sept, expecting it to arrive by the 5th October (I paid for 24 hour delivery, but knew dispatch would be delayed). It hasn't arrived, and my emails and messages have been ignored. A search of reviews reveals that this is a persistent problem, and one that Jenny refuses to respond to. I have reported to both Action Fraud and Trading Standards. A search at Companies House also reveals that this company has a very loose relationship with tax filing. In a nutshell, don't touch them with a barge pole!

Didn't receive my order yet, no communication, no idea what's going on. I've sent an email but so far no reply.

I will gladly change my review when I receive my order or at least get a response to my message.

Tried 6 times to contact them in a week and sort this. still had no reply.

Terrible customer service, will not respond to any messages and has taken my money without delivering all the items. Do not use.

After seeing these guys at Download 21 I believe and my friends loving the leggings and designs and ordered online before. I decided to give them a try.

No communication, no reply to emails, no item. Avoid. Opened up a PayPal Dispute.

Such a shame, you had a great rep in my friend group before this.

I ordered in 2022 and was very pleased with my order. I ordered 31 August 2023 and was still waiting for my order (over £50) mid September. Countless emails, Facebook comments, Facebook and insta messages and not a single response from JennyJuice.
Basically they've taken my money and I've got no goods. Will be reporting to trading standards, currently making a claim via my bank for the total amount. By the looks of the reviews I am sadly not alone. Please avoid

I absolutely love the leggings I received from this company. I have bought from them in the past. The material is lovely and soft and I just love the choices in designs and colours. They are a generous fit and the material is stretchy. I will definitely be buying more 💖🧡💜💚
