Communication with JJ is non existent. I mailed numerous times to different email addresses I could find no reply. Completed on line for no reply. Eventually received my order minus one item with a note saying refunded. No refund received, I'm now starting the mailing game again.
Very disappointed in this service, previously ordered from JJ and it was faultless. As a business you should be ashamed at the lack of service you provide. Will never purchase again.

A week after purchasing, order still 'processing' no replies, no contact, nothing. I have tried contacting via email, messenger, contact form on website, just to see what's happening.
I was a bit silly assuming the only option for next day delivery would mean that the order would be dispatched promptly, but so far the money's come out, but no items have been sent or any clue when they may be sent.
Really disappointed as purchased gifts for a birthday and had been recommended by friends.

Never received my order. 9 emails sent and not one was answered. Disgusting.

They arrived on time the delivery was very fast. The material is lovely and soft, the leggings are stretchy. I will be placing another order soon 😊

Like many other reviews on here, I have ordered with JJ previously and when the goods are received they are good. However I ordered in March and have not received my order and there is absolutely no way to contact them, they just simply ignore you. I have emailed 4 different email addresses and used the contact us form on the website and messaged them through Facebook and left a Facebook comment on a post and not had one single reply. No goods have been recieved which means I have to resort to completing a dispute through my bank to attempt to get my money back.
It doesn't matter how nice the products are, if the customer service is none existent when you need it!
I won't use them again.

Excellent quality, comfiest leggings I own. Amazing prints and patterns. The earrings are adorable, my daughter loves them and was devastated that I wouldn't let her wear them to school.

This is the 1st time I have shopped with Jenny juice and I'm super happy that I did.
The clothing I ordered is amazing, the quality is also amazing.
Will definitely be ordering more from you. Especially the joggers, super ace 🙂

Item purchased for Xmas sent in the wrong size.
After initial email contact where they stated they were out of stock and would replace at the end of January, they have since not responded to half a dozen emails, deleted Facebook comments requesting information and have been completely silent.

At this point my only option is to open a PayPal dispute. Some online research reveals this appears to be a common issue and I’m far from the first to suffer this.

This is a shame as previously my partner had nothing but good things to say.

3 Dresses delivered to wrong address. 2 replaced but one outstanding.

Order didn't arrive and they won't respond to my queries.

I'm so disappointed as I really wanted to support this business, but my order never arrived. They responded to my initial query asking that I wait until the New Year for a replacement to be posted out, stating that this would really help their small business, and I agreed. However, this order was never posted out, and I have been contacting them via Email, Facebook and Instagram for months, and no response, and no refund, so I didn't get my £28.50 back. Unfortunately I would have to recommend that you do not order from them, which is such a shame. Quite a few people have contacted me as a result of my Facebook comment, stating that they had a similar experience.

Quick postage. (I didn't receive very quickly, because I missed the delivery ended up having to go and collect, unsure if there is a way we can request to be left in a safe location if not in?, no fault of this company. Parcel force wernt to helpful in getting my delivery to me, no tracking number and didn't deliver to neighbour when requested. Does not reflect on this business though)
I'm loving my leggings, was slightly worried about the sizing as being so varied in one size but they're great. Slightly to long for me but I'm only 5ft3 so can't blame them, tucking them up isn't a problem. Going back on the site to find myself some more. :)
Also love the shoe laces I got, jazzed my trainers right up. :)
