Easy ordering, when asking for update in shop (as item was preorder) she was polite and helpful

I placed an order on 22nd May, and received an email to say it was on the way to the courier on 2nd June. The tracking information has never changed from "we are expecting your parcel". I have sent 3 emails to query the whereabouts of my parcel and as yet I have had no reply.

Item arrived yesterday. Fit and quality are very good and when I can decide which one will be ordering another next week

It’s been nearly a month since I placed an order and still haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed and messaged but no response.
So disappointing.

Never received my items I paid for. Emailed and messaged on Facebook still never got a reply or refund. Tracking info says evri are still awaiting parcel from sender I’m so angry.

The items I recieved were great, but I ordered 5 pairs of kids leggings. I recieved 3. On the packing slip, one was noted as "refunded". It's still available on the website so not sure why, but I've not had a refund. I emailed. No reply. I emailed again. No reply. I commented on a post. Nothing. I commented on a video. Nothing. It's been a month and I've heard nothing. Such a shame as their products are genuinely fabulous and my son has been asking for more leggings!

On 25th April I received an email from Jenny Juice to say my order was on its way.
By 2nd May I hadn"t received the order so emailed Jenny Juice. They have not replied.
As of today, 13th May I have still not received my order.
The Evri tracking number says that they are waiting for the parcel to be received from Jenny Juice.
I have shopped online from Jenny Juice in the past, and been satisfied with the goods received & the level of service, but I will not be shopping from them again.

Ordered earrings back beginning of April. Took payment but have received nothing. Last time I order. Received email asking ‘how did we do!’ You done nothing but take my money!

Lovely items arrived in good condition this time, fast postage, sadly my last order included some broken earrings and haven't received a reply to emails or a refund despite numerous communications sent.

Finally received my order , after not receiving any response to my emails, few items were out of stock which I will be refunded for ,they did send me a couple of nice freebies and the items are lovely

Placed order on 29th April. I received a message to say it had been dispatched on the 1st May. I still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried to contact them and have had no response. There is no phone number on the website. Lack of information and very poor customer service. I won’t be using them again.

Placed an order on 16 April, received confirmation of dispatch on 24 April. Still no delivery and no response to my repeated attempts to contact them to find out what is happening. Have contacted my bank to get the money back. Ironically have received an email from the company asking me to review my experience with them. My advice is don’t bother!

Items allegedly dispatched 24.04 after ordering 18.04, item still not received and showing it's still waiting to be passed to the courier. Should have read more recent reviews as people seem to be having this issue I've now placed a chargeback with my bank and hope they find it in my favour

18 days so far, no contact despite me emailing and commenting on facebook. No items and delivery company state they have not yet been given parcel to deliver :-(

I placed an order on the 4th April, I have still not received my order. I have contacted the shop twice and had no response at all. Online it says that the order is shipped but EVRI have not received the parcel.

BEWARE order made on the 27th March not received, emails sent have been ignored as well as Facebook contact. Very disappointed and dissatisfied, do not buy from Jenny Juice!!
