Really disappointed! As a local resident I often pop in to this shop and have been a regular customer. I had to place an online order as I have broken my leg and can't get into town... The order was apparently dispatched the following day, and 3 weeks later is still yet to arrive. 2 emails, and a direct message have been sent and all have been ignored. Very disappointing

Absolutely do not risk ordering from this company. From what I can ascertain it looks like they are about to go into administration. I ordered and received the item but it was too big and contacted them regarding returning it. Four emails, a Facebook comment and having returned the item I still haven’t heard back or received my refund. Awful awful customer service who have left me out of pocket and now having to wait to see if I can do a chargeback.

Best leggings ever, soft, not see-through and the designs are stunning. Do checkout the juniors / kids section as well -y daughter adores her corgi leggings.

I've given 2 star....as they can't be to blame for the whole mix up.....I purchased my goods from jenny juice via paypal who made a mistake on the delivery address, despite updating my details with my new primary address. As soon as the order went through, it showed where my package was going to.....to my previous address!I contacted PayPal to make complaint, as I did have my new address set as default/primary. They said to contact JJ immediately to change address or cancel order. Over the past 4 days I've sent JJ 4 emails, asking to cancel order or if they can change address......had no response....then today, I get an email from them saying its going to the wrong address. So in a nutshell, they haven't seen or read my emails I've been sending them. Which isn't good customer service. I understand they maybe busy, but they must check their customer correspondence when selling primarily online as this is the only customer contact they offer....one email address! I'd like to offer a recommendation, that they have a separate email address for problems with customer orders.....basically if there's a problem with your order...your stuffed.

It's great Jenny Juice stock plus size clothing that is funky. Ordered 3 pairs of leggings and 2 pairs of stud earrings. Not disappointed with the quality of products.

Only part of my order was delivered - the packing slip said the missing item would be refunded, but I've had no refund or reply to emails.

Really disappointed that they continue to promote, yet nearly a month after placing an order, no items or response to emails. In fact, they even deleted a post I commented on. Raised a PayPal dispute and the refund was processed. Such a shame-this was my second issue after forgiving what I thought was a genuine error first time around. Still no response or apology…13 Feb

First order with them went fine, but I ordered again back in November and just never received the item. Contacted them several times with no response, and was forced to issue a claim with PayPal to get my money back in December. However, it is now February and the refund is still pending on paypal. No item, no refund.

I wish I read the reviews before buying. Bought an item on sale and got tracked express delivery. Have emailed for tracking number, for info on delivery, for an update and have not had a word back. Can’t speak to anyone and they don’t have a phone number to call. Zero customer service. They didn’t reply on the website chat bot.

Ordered on the 27th of December, as of the 3rd of February order still hasn't arrived! Emailed 4 times with zero response. Left responses on Facebook, Instagram even tiktok! Heard absolutely nothing but still continues to post on multiple social media sites. Disgusting customer service, shouldn't run a company. Scamming people out of money. Also then blocked me on all socials so I've no way of getting my money back of this fraudulent scammer!
