Love this company and the leggings great service

I want my £115 back from jenny juice No order !!!! i have used Jenny juice a few times however their customer service is shocking . i don't think they care about their customers at all , last week i ordered quite a lot of items , paid for express delivery and im still waiting , have to chase up the orders and a refund and guess what ? they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR EMAILS !! no number to speak to anyone , you can't even message them on their social media accounts . i would aeriously avoid using this company now what a shocking way to treat your customers jenny , awful service , you have gotten too greedy it seems like another legging and dress company out there and forgotten that it is people like me who spend their hard earned money supporting your buisness right from the early days . deal with your major issues with customer service . do not normally like leaving bad reviews but after a week of no contact and finding im having to chase orders up the last couple of times feel it needs to be said . Stop ripping people off !!! disgusted after reading others experiences how dare you take peoples hard earned money and not deliver the goods ! especially from people like me who have been repeat customers , and whom have supported you when you started out , and kept you afloat .

Always had great experiences in the past with this online shop, bought many pairs of leggings from them. Unfortunately this time, as with many others who have left reviews, not so lucky.
Paid for two pairs of leggings on 15th June. I got a dispatch notification on 19th June, however, the tracking never updated and continues to say they are "expecting my parcel".
I emailed the store on 30th June to ask about the parcel. No response. Emailed again on 10th July, no response. I attempted to get in contact via DMs and comments on their social media for a couple of days but of course still received no response.
I eventually filed for a refund via Amazon Pay which I got on 18th July. I never had any further contact from Jenny Juice.
Not sure what has happened to the company but it is a big shame as their products were lovely. I fully understand sometimes things happen or small businesses can have issues or get overwhelmed, and was very prepared to be patient given an explanation for the delay, but the complete refusal to make contact or reply to emails was unacceptable.

I have ordered successfully with Jenny Juice previously, but they seem to have dropped off the face of the earth since late May. I pre-ordered two pairs of leggings and a dress at the end of May 2024. Tomorrow will be August and I haven’t received anything! I have tried to contact them on several occasions, both via their customer services email and via social media… nothing! They also haven’t posted on social media since late May, so I have no idea if they’re even still in business. Communication from them has been zero. I have reported via Shopify twice and have now applied to my bank to get my £64 back. I dread to think how much money this retail outlet has taken from people, like me, who work hard and want to support small business. I will never shop here again.

I have bought from Jenny Juice many times in the past and have recommended them to a lot of people. I’m so disappointed with her recent behaviour. I ordered in May and have not received the items. I have sent numerous emails, only one of which received a response offering a refund but that has never been honoured and any further emails have been ignored.

I held off on writing this because I support small businesses but, having given her many chances to correct this, I don’t feel that it’s okay that she is still trading and taking people’s money with, what seems like, no intention to send the goods. In my opinion, this is stealing and it is not okay.

Jenny, you have £52 of my money.

I have filed a request with my bank to claim back my money. I wish she knew just how many of her customers would have supported her if she is having difficulties. Do not buy from Jenny Juice. Read the reviews.

Update- I received my refund on 15th August after making contact through a Facebook group local to the shop.

Lovely thoughtful, kind and helpful staff

Such a shame, as had some lovely stuff from them in the past, when I used PayPal to buy. Alas they seem to have stopped that (wonder why!) and last time asked for bank transfer. My parcel is now awaiting Evri collection as per another reviewer, so doubt I'll see my money or goods. Check them out on companies House, it doesn't look good. Glad I didn't spend £££ this time.

Ordered items on 25th June 2024, had a message Evri awaiting delivery 1st July. Still waiting update. Have emailed and tried online chat for update. But unresponsive. A shame as came highly recommended

I would actually give them a zero rating if able to based on this experience alone.

I placed an order for 2 x pre order dresses and 1 x pair of earrings. One of the dresses was the wrong size so I emailed to advise the same day (12th June 2024), no response. I emailed again the following week (19/06/2024), no response, I emailed again (01/07/2024). I have also left 2 messages on their Facebook page but had to piggy back on another message as the message me function is not available, no response to either message. I have since sent a recorded delivery letter that requires a signature, there was initially a hold put on letters going to their address but it was delivered 11/07/2024 (can track it via Royal Mail). My phone number, email address and home address is on the letter - no response. I have checked Companies House (UK government website that anyone can check) and their license to trade is about to be stripped from them so it looks like they are about to go bust but still taking peoples money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Will be reporting to the police for fraud as taking money whilst knowing they are going bust.

I placed an order on 22nd May. It hasn’t been delivered and my emails are being ignored.

Dress doesn't have a flat waist like the photo and is huge for the size. T shirt same size but too small.

Not arrived

Never received order.

If I could give zero I would. I've been a customer for some time but my last order will literally be my last. I pre-ordered a dress and ordered the wrong size. I emailed 14 times and did not get even one reply! Absolutely appalling customer service. Klarna had to get involved to cancel the order for me. Never buying anything from Jenny Juice again. (From what I've read, they may be going under. Can't say I'm surprised)

Very disappointed. Been a regular customer for many years, supporting the store during covid. Two orders placed this year have had payment taken, but no order received. Status of order with evri stating "awaiting order". Unable to get in touch by any method, hundreds of emails sent, Instagram and Facebook comments and messages with no response. Resorted to old fashioned letter in the post to try and resolve, but still no acknowledgement or refund made.

I've been a customer for a number of years, bought lots of things from them. My last order was placed in April and never got shipped yet they happily took my money I raised a query through Shop pay, Instagram and Facebook and sent two emails. No response whatsoever. Don't buy from this business!

My order didn't arrive. I emailed them, and didn't get a reply. No refund.

Received two of my dresses, they look fantastic, delivery was quick.
I have previously bought the flower dress and receive many comments when I wearing it.
