This was the worst experience we have ever had with airport parking. Do not use.
Would rather give ZERO STARS. Absolute shambles.
No customer service whatsoever, disgustingly dirty minibus to transport customers and MOST IMPORTANTLY - when we arrived back from our holiday to collect our car it was blocked in tightly by multiple cars but the Mercedes in front of us was the one that needed to be moved for us to get out (why it wasn’t already out when they had our accurate arrival time, I have no idea) and we proceeded to have to SIT AND WAIT IN OUR CAR FOR NEARLY HALF AN HOUR WHILST TWO OF THEM FIGURED OUT HOW TO MOVE THE MERCEDES BLOCKING US IN. Not once did they apologise for causing further delay, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful. All I will say is I feel very sorry for you if you left a silver/gold GLA22 Mercedes with them because they had no idea how to work it. All they clearly care about is making as much money as possible by cramming in hundreds of cars bumper to bumper with such lack of customer service. We will never use again and advise everyone to steer clear. Disgusting and clueless company.

Terrible that company’s who’s sole customers are people going on holiday who have worked hard all year to enjoy their time off, have to face the stress caused by the first step of the holiday. JBF you should be ashamed of yourself
Eversince I've had my car returned, my car heater has not been working, seems like a group of workers were sitting in my Car all night, blasting the heaters and damaged it, I need to be compensated, the least you can do is give a refund.

Just like all of the other reviews. My experience has been shocking.
On arrival they turned up with no ID and no uniform. I phoned to check if they were legitimate and took a photo of them.
On returning to the UK they told me they had LOST MY KEYS. I have 4 witnesses to the event not including the taxi driver who took us home.
They were rude from the start and advised me to take a taxi home which they would compensate me for.
My husband went back the next day in a taxi and found the car unlocked. The attendant then said that they had a spare key maybe that was the correct one!
The keys were not missing they had let the battery run flat and so the keys did not work.
This experience cost me hundreds of pounds in taxi fares.
In response to me sending the bill they then sent incredibly rude emails and were personally insulting.
Undoubtedly they will respond to cause me of lying but every review says the same thing.

UPDATE: if your company isn't trading, how has Lisa Bottner used you (and given you a shocking review)? Her dates are after I was told you have ceased trading. In addition, companies house still states active.

Since my booking on 14th Feb and collection on 22nd Feb, I have complained 6 times by email. I have been accused of defamation by an employee of this company and threatened with being sued, been told this company no longer trades (which has been disproven on companies house) and told my booking does not exist. All of which are LIES. I am aware the company regularly checks this for negative feedback as they are responding therefore request an urgent update via email with regards to receiving a FULL REFUND for the poor service I have received. Rest assured I will not stop until my refund has been issued. Given the poor service I received, the upset my son wen through, the lies I have been told and the lengths I have had to go through to get anyone to actually come back to me, I will be escalating this matter further via small claims court should no one respond to me.
For clarity, my complaints have been sent to the multiple email addresses found on the booking form and your website. I was also given the email address by an employee over the phone. If none are correct them please confirm the correct email address.

Do not use this company! Booked through Compare your Parking (I certainly won’t use them again either). The price you agree is not the price you pay, as there is no mention of having to pay £10 to get in and out of the Orange car park! The added £20 negates the ‘competitive’ price offered and is only mentioned, in tiny writing, on the confirmation. Their website states car stored in secure compound. Substitute that for muddy field! Our car was returned in a disgusting condition, covered in mud inside and out (we had cleaned it the day before our holiday and drove to the airport on main roads in dry conditions). The amount of petrol we had left when our car was returned was very suspect too! The sat nav and radio had been interfered with, left on a wavelength for Indian speaking stations and sports. What right do they have to do this?

I've used these multiple times over the years and up now till were good but it seems they have sold company or shut down and someone now scamming !!!! I booked them on 10th Feb they took my payment to use them on 15th Feb for the first flight out of stanstead with my whole family
I called them 30 mins from airport but no answer I called 20 times no answer just ringing the 2 other number were not connecting or accepting calls. I continued to call them returning from my holiday to get my money back and now got some idiot answering playing dumb and messing me about
SCAM!!!

We do have some question marks on where the vehicle was parked as we have received our car back with remains of some kind of sticker (parking fine? Boot? ) and they didn't even bother to remove it properly. The whole thing is off as our dash cam has been unplugged and disconnected, which indicates some fishy activities. Now wondering whether we receive any tickets etc?

Absolute disgrace of a company - it really isn’t worth the £30 saving from using the more official Meet & Greet services. 2.5hrs to get our car. Communicating with a bunch of non-English speaking halfwits.
Car was driven to McDonalds while we were away.
Avoid Avoid Avoid.

40 minutes late to pick up our car so we nearly missed our flight. Phone numbers don’t connect half the time when they do they don’t seem to have any record of who you are or when you’re arriving, fobbing you off with new arrival deadline promises that they then miss. When the car was to be picked up at the end of the holiday, it was the same story, young children had to wait 55 min in the cold car park - when they finally arrived the car was covered in mud inside and out. It a shame as they used to be a good company but the new owners are uncaring, disingenuous and incompetent.

Told to phone 30 mins before arrival, then told curtly to ring 5 mins before arrival. When we did so told us driver would be 20 minutes. 25 minutes later told driver was 6 minutes away. They then hung up on us.
Driver arrived over 30 minutes late. The airport carpark then charged us a further £18

I booked the parking with them but when calling the numbers provided on the way to the airport no answer or numbers were not valid. I had to book another parking last minute

Rang this firm over 90 times & I'm not exaggerating as my wife & other family used their mobiles too but only got recorded message that number not recognised. No answer to email or text. Left in the lurch with no where to go except paying for very expensive car park! Still no answer from this firm while on hols. Only just got the plane on time! Have never used this firm before & never again! Have demanded a full refund but no response!

Haven’t replied to emails…we arrived in plenty of time, called as requested and left without parking when we arrived at Stansted. All numbers say number not available!
I was able to book with a brilliant man Ali from Stansted Park & Ride who helped us so we could make our flight.
I will pursuing for compensation!
Updated - your comment about no booking is a lie! I have sent you confirmation and it was booked via Compare Your parking. I have told them to remove you from their site too. I expect a response in the next 72 hours before I start proceedings to recover my money

Booking #5977 Could not call tried solidly for an hour, recorded message saying can't take calls, call back later. I texted but no answer. Went to meet point no one came. Had to go to mid stay and as I hadn't pre booked £45 per day for two weeks, long stay at Stansted is pre-book only. The website was still up when we left but now is not accessable. The website is now back up. JBF have responded to say they have no record of the booking but I have their confirmation and their invoice. I have the mobile record of all of my calls for over an hour which they did not answer. They say this is written by a competitor but I am thier customer who they let down spoiled my holiday for me and my wife. They threaten defamation because I documented the facts. They say I have to contact their customer service within 3 days when they know i am still on holiday. The don't say how exactly I can do this when they don't provide mail address or phone number that they respond to. I have mailed the following in the absence of an email address.
This company is not very reliable, with very sketchy emails and updates. On arrival, when we landed, they told us that we would have to wait 60 minutes (despite advertising that you would not wait more than 30 minutes), with no apologies or explanation as to why. This ended up being 1.5 hours of waiting for the car to be delivered after having to call them again a second time on a different mobile number. Very dissatisfied with this company, not serious and not reliable.
Frauds, paid £50 for parking to James Harrington in December last year, they failed to send me a booking confirmation after me repeatedly asking them for it, and then they block my number and don’t pick up the phone, and i had to spend extra money for parking at Stansted Airport. Do not book with these people, they only pick up the phone to take payment but wont pick up when you actually want to use the service you paid for. Worst customer service ive seen and an absolute scam. James Harrington should be reported for theft.

I had one of the most dreadful experiences ever!
starting with dropping off the car - we called at the advised time but no one was picking up. After 15min trying we called the landline office and they contacted someone else on a different mobile number. the instructions weren't clear as to where to drop the car, just saying orange car park
and on the way back - a nightmare! After collecting our luggage, we called the number saying we were ready to collect our car. I was advised that the car will be available in 40 mins. BUT the parking confirmation email clearly states that the car is available 40 mins from landing the plane, so by the time we collected our luggage, the plane was on the ground already for 20 minutes. Anyway, I could see on the tracker and it's installed on my phone that the car was only a few miles away, so I expected to be with us shortly. BUT half an hour later I had to call asking where my car is, being told it's on its way but the tracker showed no movement, another 20 minutes passed and the car only started moving towards the airport! So I got my car 1 hour after I collected my luggage and called for collection. Furthermore, I see that whey they drove my car, they broke all of the speed limits, in 40, 50 and on the motorway 70. The highest speed recorded on the motorway was 89.4 mph!!!! All this speeding affected my driving score!
Dreadful service, disorganized, driving client's car without any care and making up stories about how long it will be till i get my car.
It was late at night, cold and I'm 7 month pregnant so you can imagine how bad this was! and then all the speeding - after collecting my car as well as bringing the car back to the airport
If i had known it will cost me this great deal of inconveniences, lowering my driving score due to the parking company reckless driving, i would have had gone with an different company and pay more to them!
