Do not order from this website
Ordered in feb waited a long period of time to be told there was stock issues. Gave me two separate dates of when I would receive my order-never did. Then issued a refund (or what looked like a refund) still waiting, they don’t reply to emails. Still not got my money back or items. I did read reviews on google and majority are positive.Avoid this website.
Just a quick update if you are struggling to get your money back. I contacted through Facebook and I received a response within an hour-and my money back within two days.

Ordered a new coffee machine from Javahub. It was delivered ahead of schedule and communication was excellent. The Swan machine was good value and is a beautiful design, it works perfectly. Great site for coffee lovers!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.
So ordered a machine - and expected delivery after 14 days, after thinking this was excessive I cancelled my order and went to AO (who deliver within 24 hours). My refund was apparently due to be actioned within 14 days.. here we are +14 days and no contact or sign of my money. I am taking this up through my credit card company to attempt to recover the money.
Not a great company to do business with - shame.

Like other reviewers I too bought a coffee machine from Javahub. It didn't arrive despite multiple assurances that it was in transit. They say that they will refund me but no money has been returned. I have had to ask my bank to get my credit card company to get it back.

If I could give them no stars I would! Do NOT order a coffee machine from them. I have waited nearly 4 weeks after paying them £299 and I’m still without my coffee machine. All I get is the same repetitive nonsense that it’s due to be dispatched the next day. I’m all for supporting small companies but their customer service is dreadful and from reading other reviews, I am not the only one who’s never received their machine. I’m now waiting for a refund.

Ordered a coffee grinder on 30/11/2020. Never received the product. I contacted the company numerous times. Eventually gave up and asked for a refund. I was told it would take 14 working days to process. I still haven't received the refund and have now been told it will take a further 2-3 days to process. I'm very worried that I'll never see my money again :(

On 9 January 2021 I ordered a Smeg milk frother from JavaHub, bought with money my wife and I got for Christmas. The money was taken on the same day. On 18 January I received an email saying that the product had been damaged in transit and that the company would cancel my order and refund my money. I was told that the refund would take 7-10 working days. I was offered a 20% discount on future orders but was never actually supplied with the code. After 10 working days I had not received my refund. I emailed the company and received a reply apologising for this delay. Their reply inadvertently and unprofessionally included correspondence from another disgruntled customer who had waited months for their order. It has been a further 4 working days and I still have not received my refund. The company has ignored all my subsequent emails. I will now be seeking a refund through my credit card provider and reporting this company to Trading Standards. If you are buying a coffee machine online DO NOT BUY from this company. You will wait weeks for your order before you cancel it yourself out of exasperation or the company cancels the order themselves. The company will then keep your money while they ignore all your emails and phone calls. If you don't believe me read the large number of other 1 star reviews on this site, all saying the exact same thing.

Beware of this company
Possibly one of the worst recent experiences I have had. Please save yourself the bother and go elsewhere. Awful communication, clearly no stock of items, empty promises and they still have my money.
Order was placed on 10 Jan, I had to chase up the item a week later, was given a date, which passed. I chased again, was given another date, which also passed. I requested a refund which was actioned (5-10 days) but I am not hopeful with my past experience with this awful company. I was not even offered an apology at any point just poor excuses.
Bottom line, I would avoid this company at all costs, my experience seems to be a running theme and I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. Unprofessional at best.
Some added information - this company had a notice for compulsory strike-off in Dec 20 when a lot of people had problems with orders, I would avoid if you want to refrain from losing money.

Ordered a coffee machine in November, chased up numerous times unsuccessfully - they only have a live chat which is unresponsive and no phone customer support over the phone. They weren’t responding after many attempts to get in touch, so I felt very upset and helpless and posted a review reflecting this on trustpilot. Following this, I received an apologetic email offering compensation and explaining how they are a small business that is struggling from the owner. I did sympathise with them as I am a small business owner myself, and decided to remove my review to give them another chance. Throughout December and beginning of January, I was promised a dispatch and delivery by the end of the week three times, and every time this was a lie. The person responding to my emails, Megan, was passive aggressive and her tone of voice was patronising and never sincerely apologetic. I have eventually asked for a refund 11 days ago, and even received a notification saying I have been refunded - but the money still hasn’t reached my account. These guys are either very unprofessional, or simply are liars - I still cannot tell.

Ordered Sage coffee machine 12th November. Told of slight delays on 18th November and would be another 7-10 days. Finally confirmed it had been shipped 2nd December which was a blatant lie as no tracking info ever received. I was assured Danny the Director would call me. I was also assured that the machine had been handed to the courier (DPD). By 10th December i had lost all confidence and patience so cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Finally after continual chasing and threatening to take alternative action to get my refund I received my money back on 15th January!! At no point did I receive any sort of apology or any contact from "Danny". Appalling customer service and I wonder how long they will remain in business
Very bad customer service - promises not kept
Ordered a coffee machine but delivery was delayed. Was offered 10% off the price and a bag of free coffee to compensate. Refund promised with the next week. Very happy at that stage. That was back in November. Machine arrived eventually, after some chasing but no coffee or refund. Two emails sent to Danny, the CEO, one before Christmas, one a couple of weeks ago. No reply to either. First rule of business, if you want satisfied customers, keep your promises.
Edit: within hours of this negative review I received an email saying my free coffee and refund were being processed. No apology but both now received. Make of that what you will.

I ordered my Beko coffee machine on the 13th December as a Christmas present. Was informed that it would not arrive in time for Christmas and to please be patient and support a small business and accept some coffee as an apology. I was really understanding but this has gone on for far too long. I have had to chase multiple times for an update, each time being given promises of it being dispatched soon. I received tracking details from DPD and told it would arrive no later than 11th Jan. it’s now 11th Jan and DPD haven’t received the parcel from Javahub, when I mentioned this to customer service they said DPD had major delays, looked at DPD’s website and they only have delays in Scotland. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, seems like a scam and I will be getting in touch with trading standards soon! Honesty would’ve been a better route to take team.

Possibly the worst service I have ever received for any purchase ever. If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a £200 coffee grinder that said in stock in November. After 3/4 days after ordering I followed up to check where it was. Received a patronising reply saying if I had read the shipping terms it would be 3-7 days. Then after that time had passed I enquired again. I got a response saying it would be another 7-10 days. This time passed, still nothing. I followed up again to which I was told they were having problems with the supplier and it would delivered in December. December came, nothing. I followed up again to be told about someone else's order! I was then told it wouldn't be arriving until January. Safe to say I'd had enough by now, asked for a refund. I was told 7 working days for my refund, guess what...still waiting for it. No one to speak to on the phone, advertising stock they clearly don't have. Errors even knowing which order mine was! I ordered the grinder from another website, they priced matched and I received it in 3 days. Ridiculous
New kettle plus some free fresh coffee!
I ordered a smart kettle and, whilst it turned up later than expected, I was delighted to receive it today with some free fresh coffee!! I know that businesses struggle sometimes with fulfilling orders when import delays occur outside their control. On this occasion, I received a phone call with an apology and shortly after received my kettle. Now looking forward to unboxing it and making a freshly brewed coffee!
