So received a pre-approval in the mail telling me to act before 7/21/2025 for auto refinance. Have been excited to refinance, since my credit score has crossed the 700 mark....however the amount they quoted me was only a 30 dollar difference from the current payment I'm currently making not even close to the pre-approved discount!!! For me that is very deceptive! No thanks was a huge waste of time and effort

They put a lot of ice in a medium size and the drink is supposed to sweet and it very bitter. I couldn’t even drink.

Don't attempt to process any application before you read reviews over here. You may end up spending times,money and getting hard inquiries for no reason, and disappointed at the end.

Caribou is just a trading name used by various Ltd Companies (same director) over the last few of years. The Company buy small Courier Companies and run them into the ground, most end up in administration.
The latest Ltd Company to have Caribou under its wing is now in administration with huge debts. (Check 'Companies House' website for clarification: 09876339).
If you run a business 'AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE' because you will not get paid.
I own a transport business and still have outstanding invoices going back 2 years.
Started out preapproved for auto…
Started out preapproved for auto refinance. While processing the paperwork. Went back and forth about check marks dates. Spent $40 for docs to be notarized. Sent pics of docs the filled out notarized documents. Only to find out another issue. Horrible to deal with go with someone else.
The worst never do business with them
The worst, ran my credit and approved me for a great interest rate. Then when to finalize the loan they said they dont do loan in MA. I called Tower FCU the lien holder they planned to use and they said they do refinance in MA. Caribou lied to me. Caribou dont do deals in MA so they shut my loan down instead of saying we dont but u can go straight thru tower. So now i have a credit inquiry that drop my score, no refinance and interest rates went up by 1.% 2 days after my loan application. So now my interest rate that i received will be 1.% higher if i do go to tower. Now my refinancing is not worth it. All due to caribou. They are a third party company. Go straight to the head not Caribou. They create there own rules on top of the lien holders then say its the lien holder not them. They cant even accept there own fault. BEWARE of Chris Garnder and his colleagues.

This company moved a pallet for us and the item was badly damaged in transit.
We started an insurance claim with them through their subsidiary company Easy Pallets.
The claim was approved and the insurance company paid Caribou a month ago, I have yet to see this money which is several thousand pounds.
There is no contact number for them, their ‘head office’ is empty and has bailiffs regularly attending.
The Easy Pallet depot refuse to give me a phone number or address for their accounts department to where the money has been sent.
An horrific company who are obviously intent on keeping my money, I will not let this lie!! 😡

Caribou have ignored all my emails.
I am now reporting this as a theft of my goods, that cost a lot of money.

This company should really be closed…
This company should really be closed down. Delivering to wrong addresses, not delivering at all, parcels sitting in depots for weeks on end. Disgraceful service from customer relations if you can actually get through at all as they aren't answering phone calls or emails. And to top it all they are also deleting any poor comments they receive from their Facebook page.
Useless and embarrassing.
Held my package for a week now, don't reply to emails or support requests, any attempt made through here gets fobbed off with this exact copy-paste reply:
Hi there,
We're sorry that you've experienced an issue with the delivery of your parcel.
Caribou is still delivering parcels, however it has made the decision to exit the UK Domestic Parcel Market.
All remaining parcels in the network will be delivered by the 5th unless the sellers ask for them to be returned.
Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.
When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder. For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.
Caribou is not going bust and will continue with its other Divisions in the Pallet Networks, General Haulage, Logistics, Warehousing, Same Day and it's International Traffic
Thank you to everyone who has been supportive of the mission to build a new independent network and sorry its not meant to be.
Delivered to the wrong address
Delivered to the completely wrong address. Sent a customer service ticket which was ignored for over a week. Finally managed to get through om the phone and was told they would send a driver to pick up the item and redeliver to me... That was about a month ago and iv heard nothing. Everytime i call i get a message saying the phones are too busy
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a courier we thought we could trust! We have been using them for several months, all was going well until the past few months. They never told us prices had risen considerably for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, we found out through invoices. Parcels have been delayed for weeks, despite numerous phone calls (through extension numbers as main phone lines were switched off) and emails, we have not been given an apology or any updates on when they would be delivered. We have had to refund customers, send out replacement orders, and we have also had complaints that parcels that have been received by our customers have turned up with broken contents, and also been tampered with!
We have been offered no compensation, and we are losing customers by the day.
Then to top it off, we have seen caribou replying to bad reviews on here saying they are ceasing trading! When are we going to be informed of this, as an actual loyal, paying customer? Our emails are being left unanswered, and we still have parcels in your hubs that we haven’t got a clue is happening to them.
Utter scumbags
After lying to us for weeks about driver shortages we have been told that they are no longer collecting domestic parcels but said they would deliver ones they had already picked up now they say they will all be returned to sender, the mess they have left us in is unbelievable and will cost us thousands as I'm sure will be the same for other small companies, they have been totally unprofessional and do not care about the damage they have done, all I can do now is issue refunds and hope I don't get bad feedback from understandably annoyed customers 😡
Parcel delivered to someone else
Parcel delivered to someone else, obviously no signature requested etc and ignore all email contact etc. Now I don't have my parcel nor any way of obtaining it as I can't get the details as to who Caribou delivered it to.
