“Sonia” was very friendly and helpful. She talked to me about the property I inquired. Sonia is very concerned with her job . She was nice with me.

My holding deposit was retained even after I provided all genuine and verifiable documents, including income proof, bank statements, and contracts. The only reason given was that one of my references couldn’t be verified.
I want to advise future tenants to confirm in advance what specific verification standards the agency uses. Simply providing genuine and transparent documents may not be enough, and you could lose your deposit even after meeting all reasonable requirements.
The agents were polite throughout the process, which I appreciate, but the agency’s policy seems to prioritize its own interests over fairness to applicants. As for any new tenant, more transparency before collecting deposits would prevent a lot of frustration.

Sana was absolutely brilliant fast and efficient and even when we hit a slight problem it was sorted out in the same day.From viewing, been accepted, referencing and collecting keys keys all in a week just wow.
