Everything about working with Doabl has been simple. Easy process to join, the apps easy to navigate, and being able to message your coach whenever! Lucy is literally the best coach everrrrr, she’s always so excited and motivating, and she makes the experience personal which is hard to do over screens. I’ve learnt so much about my body fluctuating, hormones, what can affect weight loss and muscle gain. They help with nutrition, wellbeing, fitness, and tailor your goals. And they keep you accountable AF! They’re just super organised, and they all work hard, they all care and it shows.

I don’t even know where to begin! I’m so thankful I found DOABL when I did. The last 10 months of working with my amazing coach Neve has been life changing. Not much in my personal life has gone as I’d hoped or expected but she has been with me every step of the way through all the unpredictability!
When I joined in January, I was the heaviest I’d ever been in my life. I’d just moved country, living in a completely new place, grieving the loss of a loved one and the life I had before, absolutely stressed beyond belief. On top of all that, I’ve struggled with fibromyalgia for years and was spending most of my time in pain, fatigued, and in bed. My average steps I could manage in a day was 3500. My main comfort was food.
Neve helped me ease back into LIVING! And she’s not had a simple job 😂 but now 10 months later, I’ve lost 11kg. My clothes fit better. I’m averaging 11k steps a day!!! I’m back to the gym 4 times a week. My relationship with food has changed incredibly and I have more confidence in my body and its abilities.
I still have my bad days with fibromyalgia but Neve has helped me navigate those days with grace and hope. I didn’t really believe I would be able to do any of this!
I’m excited to see how far we can go in the next few months! Working with DOABL has been the best investment I’ve ever made 🫶
If you don’t go to the gym you can still get to your goals!
I joined DOABL in March after coming back from the trip of a lifetime in Australia. I had restricted myself massively before going and found myself in a binge/restrict cycle. Then because I had lost a bit of weight before going I over ate massively whilst away, then punished myself by overeating and binging even more. I began to hate my body, what I looked like and had poor self esteem. I couldn’t see a way out and thought I would always have this warped relationship with myself and with food. I joined DOABL after being an avid follower of Bethany on instagram and TikTok for around 6 months. I just loved her and found she was talking a lot of sense compared to some PTs you see online. I was paired with Neve and I can honestly say that she has been my saviour. I told her straight away I wasn’t interested in working out or going to the gym, that I am a very social person so am always eating out, going away and enjoying myself on the regular and didn’t want any of that to change (she had a tough job on her hands!!!) but she managed me so well from the get go. I have an active job so was easily averaging 12-15k steps per day and was always on my feet so we soon found out that it was my diet that was the issue. We worked out my maintenance and then swiftly got onto a very doable calorie deficit. Neve would constantly reach out to me checking in on how the week is going. If I had a bad day or went off track she would be so encouraging and helpful and never made me feel bad or unworthy. Within a matter of weeks my weight began to drop significantly. There has been times where I have been out and gone off track and my weight has risen but then where I would usually go off the wagon and binge Neve has steered me back onto the right track which has stopped me ruining my goals. I have been able to go on holidays, hen do’s, weddings, evenings out, meals out, parties you name it and STILL lose weight. I never thought this would be possible without exhausting myself in the gym and doing 5 spin classes a week but it is! It’s made me realise the importance of nutrition and fuelling your body correctly. Don’t get me wrong, I still have those thoughts about over eating in my head but I just remind myself of my journey and it snaps me out of it. My goal was to lose 10kg and I am just over 1kg away from that goal with two weeks left on the course. Not only that, the relationship I have with myself is so much better. I used to look at pictures of myself and scour as I just didn’t recognise the person in the picture, but now I am proud of my body and how hard I have worked. This course has made me realise that anything is possible and that even if I go off track for a day, a week or a Fortnite - all I have to do is get back on track and your body will do the rest. Having someone like Neve holding my hand (virtually) along the way has made it all the more special. She’s is so complimentary of my physique, goals and ambitions in life as well as on the course. She has also been very understanding when I have undergone some personal problems and has made me feel that I can speak to her about any problems I come across.

The most positive experience
I've been with Doabl for almost a year now and can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only have I gained confidence, strength and fitness, but my mindset has also seriously improved - my relationship with food and exercise is a lot more balanced and I've learned great tips to always stay mindful.
My coach, Kayleigh, has been such a constant support throughout my experience and I'm so grateful for her patience, expertise and willingness to listen. She's always on hand to offer support whichever way I need, and I definitely wouldn't have made this much progress without her.
11 months in and over 20kg down in a sustainable and practical way. Thank you Doabl!
I can’t recommend DOABL enough
This year I decided to spend some time working on myself, my aim was to build strength and improve my running. I am so pleased I found DOABL, I have had the best guidance and advice from two incredible coaches, Annie and Zoe. I have not only improved my strength ability, my running stamina has significantly improved, signing up for my second half marathon, I’ve also managed to lose 13kg and keep it off. I cannot recommend DOABL enough!
An investment in yourself, but well worth it!
I joined DOABL back in February this year. 2024 had been a really difficult year for me battling PCOS symptoms, fertility challenges and then a pregnancy loss and heading into 2025 I just felt completely lost and had made the decision that something had to change. Knowing that I would probably need to get my weight under control for fertility treatment was stressing me out and I had been following Bethany for quite a while and I loved her straight talking and honest attitude and had loved the 2 recipe books that she had brought out, so DOABL felt like the right fit for me. I was paired with Annie as my coach initially and then Annabelle after she left. And all I can say is ‘what a difference’ - I’ve gone from a jumbled directionless mess to THRIVING! With their support I have lost 10kg, ran a 10km race (as a non-runner before!), learned the value of meal prep, improved my nutrition, been consistent with workouts, get 12,000 steps daily, learned to be kinder to myself and the importance of balance and boundaries. The changes have been significant. I’m not quite where I want to be just yet, but the skills that I have learned and habits that I have implemented are foundations that will serve me for life.
I’m sad my time with DOABL 1-1 is at an end (just due to financial reasons), but the 8 months of investing in myself have been well worth it. 1-1 coaching provided me with support that was specific to me, and there are lots of other resources/recipes etc available through the app.
I would absolutely recommend DOABL for anyone who needs that extra bit of support to get their life and goals back on track. Having Annabelle and Annie as my coaches was like having a little pocket cheerleader. I’m excited for what the future holds and to see the progress I can make solo - all thanks to coaching.

I would absolutely recommend DOABL to anyone! DOABL has really helped me get out of an injury-rut in my life. I started with a ruptured ACL and meniscus damage, with little to no daily movement and always searching for easy outs for my food. I've worked with Kayleigh for about a year and a half, and the continuous support and encouragement has been incredible. Not only have I lost a good amount of my injury weight, but I'm not in a position to really get back into a comfortable routine of exercise, daily movement and keep to my daily habits that allow me to live a well balanced and healthy lifestyle. The accountability of this was a massive plus for me, and I can't thank Kayleigh and the DOABL team enough for their ongoing support through finishing a PhD and reconstruction surgery and recovery.
If I could go back, I would absolutely put this investment back into myself again and again
Best decision I’ve ever made
I’ve been with Doabl for around 2 months now and the support I’ve got is second to none. Yes it’s not cheap but I’ve learnt so much and made such big changes to my life and how I look at food and exercise that I would never have made using any other weight loss programme and I’ve tried plenty over the years! I did struggle my first few weeks due to illness and holiday but I’m slowly learning how to make life easier for me. My coach Neve has always given me great support and reassurance throughout. If I’ve not lost or only lost a very small amount and felt disheartened Neve has been there to point out what I’ve done well and given me suggestions to help with my journey the following week. I’m now averaging at around 9000 steps a day, work out 3 times a week and prep a huge chunk of my meals to give me no reason to not stay on track. These are all relatively small changes but the impact they have had is massive. Even when I’ve had a few meals out or just not had a good week I’ve not gained weight and I think this is down to my new lifestyle choices.
I’m confident now not only will I successfully lose weight and feel great but I’ll keep it off this time due to the support and lifestyle changes that Neve and Doable have helped me make.

The best decision I have made!
I have always been an active persone but also had a difficult relationship with food and bodyimage. Luckily during my early 20 I was able to maintain my weight, until I started a high demanding job where I work crazy shifts and have no schedule at all and I also moved out of home. That led me to gain over 25kg in the last 4 years and feeling lost and stuck, feeling that no matter what I did I couldnt lose weight. I stopped doing things that I love like running or going on a hike as I was scared that I was too out of shape and was embarrassed to have my friends see me struggling so much. I hated the image I saw of myself in the mirror, and despite knowing what I had to do to change it, I didn't have the willpower or the accountability to do it.
So, at the end of 2024 I decided that I no longer wanted to feel like that. Luckily, that was when Bethany reached out to me and offered me help, and seriously, joining Doable has been one of the best decisions i have ever made. In the past 9 months my life and my relationship with food and exercise has completely shifted. I feel more like myself, I can enjoy the things that I love and gained back my confidence and my self-love. They provide the support and the accountability that I needed and guide me in that journey, that hasn't finished yet, but it's been really fulfilling!
So if you're struggling like I was, I highly recommend joining too! It couldn't have done it without them!

I don’t even know where to begin — Doabl has been an absolute game changer for me. I live with multiple chronic illnesses, including fibromyalgia, which affects my mobility. I rely on a walking stick and mobility scooter, so exercise has always felt intimidating and inaccessible. But then I found Lucy through Doabl — and everything changed.
Lucy is like having a dedicated, hard-working, pocket-sized cheerleader with me every day. She takes the time to understand my body and its limits, and she creates workouts that actually work for me. Having a plan to follow definitely helped keep me motivated to stay on track with both exercise and nutrition. I learned easy to implement strategies to help make smarter food choices and how to push myself with my weights. I worked with Lucy at DOABL for the past year. When I came to DOABL, I was frustrated, confused, insecure, and at my wit’s end. Forever grateful
Genuinely cannot recommend taking the step with its doabl, for me it’s been life changing already. I’ve only been on plan and under the guidance of my lovely coach Neve for just over a month but I’ve made more progress than I’ve made in years. Not just physically, but mentally. I’m being held accountable and learning to hold myself accountable. I’ve started to be consistent and I’ve learned more about my body and my cycle than I have even through medical diagnosis. I don’t feel like just a number and Neve always knows exactly where we are and what we’ve spoken about and how to support me. If you’ve been thinking about investing in yourself, just do it! No regrets

Joining the Doabl team has changed my life - fact!! I initially wanted to join the team for 3months to get me through a difficult time of starting a new job, new routines and to see myself over a busy festive period. Pretty much a year later I’ve stayed longer than expected and gained so much more from the invested time - literally life changing. Lucy has been my coach and she’s been my biggest cheerleader, always bringing the positivity when I felt at my lowest! I never wanted weight loss to be my only goal, I wanted to work on healthy routines, to feel in control, become mentally and physically stronger and more importantly to improve the relationship I have with myself. If you’re considering joining the team I would say wholeheartedly just do it, lock in and trust the process. I’m just a normal person, I hate doing food prep and have a busy and chaotic work schedule, Lucy takes all the stress of day to day away and helps you to break things down, to work with you on your own strengths and create routines that are achievable. I have just finished my year of coaching with Doabl and I couldn't be happier with the way it has gone. My coach was Kayleigh, who was an absolute ray of sunshine and such a huge support to me. The accountability of daily check ins meant I reached goal after goal quicker than I ever thought I could. Kayleigh taught me to work hard and be consistent, but also to give myself grace and a bit of a break when life gets in the way! Even though my time with Doabl has come to an end, I now feel that I have the motivation and tools to continue on my own and keep achieving new goals that I set for myself. I took a bit of a leap of faith last September by signing up, because I was sceptical about how effective online coaching could be, but I'm so glad I did because it really works and it's such a lovely community too.
