Joining Doabl has been the best decision I’ve made. After 18 years of trying every diet imaginable with no long-term success, I can finally say this plan really works. I eat well, I’m never hungry, and it fits into real life.

I started with Doabl in November, and it’s been an amazing experience. I began right in the middle of a home renovation, then the holiday season hit — yet I still managed to make real progress. That’s all thanks to Neve, my incredible coach. She is so supportive and encouraging!
This really has been a life change — a new way of living — and it’s tremendously helped my relationship with food. The recipes are quick and delicious, and meal prepping has helped me stay on track without adding stress.
I feel like I can manage my hunger, social events, and last-minute changes so much better now. She’s helped me enormously with my mental load, my eating disorder, and my anxiety.
The gym sessions are amazing, and she even creates swimming sessions for me, which has helped me make so much progress! She’s also genuinely excited about every piece of good news in my life and always finds a way to include it in my routine so it works for me.

5 🌟 for DOABL
The last 13 months with DOABL and coach Lucy has been life changing for me. I’ve lost 22KG, gained confidence, ran a half marathon twice, signed up for 2 more half marathons, go to the gym 3 times a week and generally just learnt to balance my work with the gym.
The team that are part of DOABL are so passionate about their jobs and you can tell they all just want to make a difference for so many people. Bethany’s recipes have been great for me, it’s just about changing your lifestyle and making it work for you.
I just want to say thank you so much for all your help and now I also feel so much more confident starting my wedding planning journey, looking for dresses when the time comes won’t be half as daunting.

4 months in - highly recommend!
I started with Zoe at Doabl around 4 months ago and the experience has been excellent. I've done some online coaching in the past, but didn't compare to this at all. Everything is personalised to you, with weekly check-ins and adaptations based on your individual circumstances that week. Adapting around travel and events has always been a difficulty for me in terms of keeping consistent, so that support is super valuable. I am loving the training and Zoe's expertise in powerlifting and broader strength training have been great for improving technique and introducing new movements for me. Would fully recommend!
7 months in with DOABL and Coach Lucy
I’ve been with DOABL for just over 7 months now and it hands down has been the best thing I have done for myself. I’ve always been someone on the heavier side with never ending cycles of losing weight and binging. I had tried it all - the Youtube workouts, the crazy fad diets, I’ve even worked with several coaches in the past - but none of it was sustainable for me and neither of it made me feel good. That was when I stumbled upon Bethany’s Instagram. A few month’s into following her page made me realise that a lot of her ways of looking at fat loss and working out etc. aligned so well with me. I can’t explain how happy I am for taking the leap and meeting Coach Lucy cause she has absolutely changed the way I see things - no more concepts of cheat meals or views of having to earn my meals in my head. I’ve obviously lost some weight along the way but more importantly, I am so much more happier in my body, and I know this is just the start. Lucy is honestly such a gem - she’s been so supportive not just through my fitness journey, but through my emotions of life. The team teaches you so much about fitness, nutrition and your body, and are such an inspiration themselves - I could not recommend them enough!

Oh my days… I have followed the Doabl…
Oh my days… I have followed the Doabl coaching since it was set up. I saw Bethany on Insta and was so enlightened it was like she understood everything that I felt about myself without knowing me. So I finally, signed up last November and started my journey with the AMAZING Cerys at the start of December !! Cerys is a superstar… from our first meeting she has been so supportive and understanding and gets where I am currently and where I would love to be!! Cerys is always there when I need advice or that bit of motivation which I cannot thank her enough as only 2months in and still on track!! The Doabl team are just so inspirational, they make everything tailored to you and your lifestyle and I wish I had signed up sooner!! Thank you so much Cerys and team for everything so far and I cannot wait to continue on this journey!! If you haven’t already at least give them a follow on Insta!!
3 months in and already seeing progress…
I joined DOABL in November and have made progress already. The team are fantastic and very welcoming, particularly my coach, Lucy. She's knowledgeable and has helped and supported me every step of the way. My mindset has totally changed already, and I'm still in the early days. I can't wait to see how much more I can progress with DOABL. I even made it through Christmas without hampering my progress thanks to the perfect plan from Lucy, and I didn't have to miss out on all the good food. I can't recommend DOABL highly enough - you won't be disappointed!
Guided by coach Lucy for 3 months 🤍
I’ve been guided by coach Lucy every single day for the past three months, and it is the best gift I could have ever given myself. As somebody who has a long history of ED, disordered eating, body dysmorphia and who has been recently diagnosed with PCOS, I needed a programme that would teach me sustainable habits in terms for nutrition, training and well-being all while literally interrogating my relationship with food. I would highly recommend joining DOABL if you have a similar past with disorder eating. Going about your recovery slowly, one day at a time, with somebody like Lucy there cheering you on and ready to help you manage whatever obstacles you might find, is going to make such a difference.
My sleep has improved, I feel stronger than ever, I’m re-learning how to feed myself in a way that is non-restrictive, fun, kind, and in a way I know my older self will thank me for.
Even if fat loss is not your goal, this is DEFINITELY something worth investing in. I promise you, somebody like Coach Lucy will help you fall in love with yourself in a way literally nothing else can!
Best decision I've ever made!
I signed up to DOABL almost 6 months ago and I can honestly say my life has been changed for the better!
I had spent years yo yo dieting and never being able to stick with anything long term as if I didn't see instant results I just gave up.
My coach Zoe has been so amazing at helping me get past that "all or nothing" mindset and is always there for me if I need any questions answered or a pep talk to get me through times where I don't feel at my best.
I've lost 7kg since I signed up, joined a gym I love and have seen a huge improvement in my mental health/stress levels too!
I'm so glad that I made the decision to join DOABL and would highly encourage anyone sitting on the fence to just go for it! You will not regret it one bit!
Biggest game changer
Having lost a few kilos myself I thought I knew exactly what I needed to do to lose weight and that I wasn't losing any more weight because I lacked self control to always be perfect. What Doabl has taught me is that being more consistent, slowly growing habits, having someone advise you taking out all the guess work out, having someone to tweak things and to be in your corner 24/7 has been a biggest gamer changer for me. For the first time in my life I'm confident in going to get to my goal weight. I'll forever been grateful to them
You will change your life
It took a health condition for me to sign up and I really wish I would have started when I found Bethany/Doabl on insta. I genuinely didnt think I could improve my health and when Bethany responded back to me on insta, I thought if she has confidence that her team can help me, then I thought now was the time to start.
It is expensive but I am firm believer in you pay for what you get. I was very skeptical as when you compare coaching services, this was significantly higher but it was the best money I have ever spent. Investing in your health and creating new habits for the future requires quality advice and it’s exactly what you’ll get if you sign up to Doabl.
Lastly, I was assigned coach Neve, who if you get as lucky as me will really get to know you and work to achieve your goals - which I nearly have which is absolutely insane!! She’s tailored my workouts around my lifestyle and health condition when I thought I’d never be able to exercise properly again all from my home. Proof that a gym is not required!
I lost nearly 10kg in four months which is insane and the habits that I have created are second nature.
I can’t thank Neve enough for everything she’s done in such a short space of time but you could be in the same position as me in the next four months, if you stop thinking about it and do it!

I joined Doabl in March 2024 after trying everything to loose weight for my wedding. Joining the Doabl program was the best thing I’ve ever done, after 21 months, I have managed to reduce my weight from 94kg down to 77kg, not only that, I’ve managed to build a lifestyle of eating enjoyable food, working out and getting my steps in. All of these things now feel part of my day to day routine. I couldn’t have achieved this without the support of my Coach Neve. Doabl genuinely has changed my life. If anyone is struggling to loose weight, then I’d highly recommend signing up!
Finally a program that achieved my goals
I was with Doabl from November 2024 to November 2025. When I started, I was 72KG and was desperate to lose weight. I was working out consistently and the scale was not moving. Over the past 3 years, I had gained ~20-25 lbs. I tried losing weight by signing up for personal training, then tried doing Orange Theory consistently for a year and medically was worked up for other reasons to explain the weight gain. None of the methods I tried on my own worked. I was referred to an endocrinologist who wanted to put me on weight loss medication within the first few minutes of meeting me. I knew I wanted to try and achieve my goals without medication. That's when I found Doabl through Instagram and I figured that would be my last attempt at trying to lose weight. From onboarding to working with the coaches, DOABL is extremely friendly and professional. I work in a healthcare job where I am constantly on the go and I live in New York City where I am surrounded by restaurants and take out food. I have a busy social life, seeing friends during the week and I had 5 weddings to attend this year. Despite all the above, DOABL helped me reach my goals. I lost ~9KG and developed new confidence in myself along the way. I didn't have to do anything extreme to achieve these goals like I have tried with other methods (fully cutting out take out, eliminating alcohol, etc.). I have also picked up new habits and feel more confident in continuing with these strategies on my own. I cannot thank the team enough for helping me achieve my goals! If you're considering DOABL, definitely do it! You won't regret it :)
My life has been transformed
I was over 20kg heavier than I am now in early August of 2024. I was miserable with no confidence, little strength for my pole dance lessons, and had no clue what to do in the gym. I had no structure with my daily habits, fitness or nutrition. Kayleigh from Doabl has completely transformed me since last year. I was 76.6kg and I’m now in the range of 56-57kg. I have a solid routine with my fitness/gym which has also helped improve my pole dancing, My meal prepping routine is solid and my habits are also solid. I’ve been completely educated in having a balanced approach. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. My confidence has been born through working with Kayleigh at Doabl, and thanks to her my life has completely transformed and the confidence I have now is shining through in all areas of my life. I also love my body now. I love my life and I’m beyond happy in myself. Investing in myself was the best thing that I’ve ever done in my life xxx
Do it!
If you told me a year ago I’d just have finished a Friday night gym session after a 10 hour day in the office I’d definitely laugh but I’m here now and I’m doing it! Doabl has brought a routine to my life that is so helpful has made me so much happier in myself, more confident and healthier (I have avoided every gross September cold this season).
Every time I would have previously fallen off the wagon and given in, Lucy scoops me right back up again and gets me back on it with a plan and adapting it however I need to feel comfortable. For me it hasn’t been a 3 months and 10kgs down process, there have been huge hurdles mental and physical. It’s been a slower process over 9 months as my job as an office based lawyer who is stressed 24/7 makes finding the time really hard sometimes, and I’ve had to accept that you can’t have a perfect week all the time. For me it is about getting there slowly and not giving up every time I hit a hurdle. I definitely couldn’t do that without Lucy keeping me accountable and makes it 100% worth the investment. As with all things, you’ll get out of it what you put in, so if you’re ready to commit to yourself and recognise it’s an investment in your health that you need to make the most of then absolutely sign up!

I joined Doabl at the beginning of the year to shift the weight I put on post surgery. From day 1 it was a great experience. All members were very welcoming and everything was explained very well so I felt well supported from the start and it never felt overwhelming. I was then allocated my coach, Lucy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach! She was so friendly and bubbly, she made me feel I could do anything. She was knowledgable and encouraging and especially when I was going through some tough times she was there for me. She always believed in me. Through her and Doabl I learned how to lose weight in the healthiest most effective way and learned a lot and shifted the weigh I signed up to shift. Really recommend Doable and Lucy is a gem 😊
It is doabl
I joined Doabl at the beginning of August. I was in quite a low place as I was two months postpartum and the heaviest I’ve been in a long time. I felt a bit lost with what exercise I could do, how much, how I could adjust my eating whilst breastfeeding and so on. I’ve been working and supported by Coach Lucy for the last three months. She has challenged me, supported and motivated me. Three months on and I feel much more like my old self. Most of my clothes fit, I can exercise like I used to and I feel so much happier - all this whilst still going on holidays, breastfeeding and being up for all times a day at night with the littlest one.
I’m not yet at my pre-pregnancy weight but I’ve lost 10 kg and it’s now in striking distance. I’m so pleased I signed up to doabl because I wouldn’t be at this point in my journey (mentally and physically) at this stage of the year, without it. For me and my family, that makes the cost worth every penny
We are now working towards those next milestones - a sub 25 minute 5K and the pre-pregnancy weight - and I’m confident will be able to achieve it together.
Two words - DO IT!
I signed up to DOABL almost 2 months ago now and I can honestly say it is one of the best things I've done for myself. This is not another 8 weeks weight loss blaster, or crazy fad diet - it's a mindset shift and setting you up for life all with the help of amazing coaches.
Since starting DOABL I've lost 5kg which is insane! I've been on evenings out, had some wine and been out for meals so I don't feel like I'm missing out - Lucy has helped me to navigate around this so that I can still live life and achieve my goals!
I'm a CrossFit girly at heart but annoyingly have a pretty bad back injury which has stopped me being able to workout for basically the time since I started DOABL! Lucy has been SO supportive. We've upped my steps (walking is something I can do) and are now introducing very lightweight home workouts before I hopefully get back in the gym next month. In the past this might have been a trigger for me to binge eat and not look after myself properly but Lucy has been there to motivate and keep me on track and controlling the things I can control.
My two words to anyone thinking about getting on board? "DO IT!". You'll get amazing support from your coach whatever your goals and situation. They're so knowledgeable and can help you navigate through whatever life throws at you. I'm looking forward to being able to get back in the gym, getting where I want to be weight wise and then learning how to maintain the habits I'm learning now!
