Genuine lifestyle changes and sustainable help
I found Bethany on instagram and purchased her ebooks to help me start out with my diet, having already been in the gym for 18 months with some slow progress on my weight loss. I’ve struggled with my weight my entire adult life and tried every ‘diet plan’ and quick fix trick going. I decided to take the plunge and join Doabl after filling in the questionnaire and having an intro call with Izzy about how everything works. I was then onboarded with my coach Neve via video calls, and sharing with her what I wanted to achieve, what my life was like, where I’ve struggled in the past, how I wanted to do it etc etc. Neve took all of that info and created me a plan for workouts (I have access to a small gym at work), step goals, and food logging. I’d always avoided calorie counting because it felt overwhelming but Neve guided me through it and it became second nature - is it annoying sometimes? Sure! But it’s what makes the difference. Having someone to ask advice, tell my worries, be honest about my struggles is so invaluable. And someone to hold me accountable. This is the key thing that the 121 coaching delivered for me. Some people might find it easy but I do not, and knowing that I had someone holding my accountable for my choices, but never making me feel guilty or punishing me, was such a gift. If I don’t hit a goal - why? How can we adjust to make it happen? I’ve never stayed so committed to any kind of fitness or health goal like this before in my life - noticeable to my friends and family!
Over 7 months with the team, I lost 15kg and I would never have done that on my own. And I had so many events, meals out, birthdays, I went to bottomless brunch, you name it! But we built the plan around my life so I wasn’t missing out.
Due to a change in circumstances I’ve had to leave a little earlier than planned; but I definitely hope to be back! The mindset change I’ve gone through in those 7 months is genuinely life changing and it’s undone so much damage from other ‘diet’ programs. Is it cheap? No. But I could have wasted £5 a week on a ‘club’ for 10 years and never made the progress I already have. My only regret is that I didn’t take the plunge and decide to invest sooner - I realise now that my health and happiness are really worth it! Thank you to Neve and the whole team xx

Is DOABLE worth the money
I started my journey with DOABLE back in May 25. I’ve tried numerous Apps & things like WW but nothing seemed to work.
As a women in her 40’s, I was diagnosed with thyroid issues & pretty much resigned myself to the fact that my joints ached constantly, I was exhausted all the time & couldn’t shift the weight even when I ate healthy for weeks on end, did lots of walking & cardio.
I was wrong. I have lost over a stone, learnt more about protein & weight training & how to apply it all correctly.
I had looked into all of this before & would either injure myself, gain weight or loose the motivation.
I’m a lone parent, who works & can’t get to the gym yet DOABLE have worked with me to come up with a plan & routines around my life.
I’ve not starved myself & I’ve not spent hours each day exercising.
Small changes, remaining consistent & keeping the faith even when the scales haven’t budged for weeks at a time has paid off.
The elephant in the room- the cost. Is it expensive- yes. Is it worth the cost.. well that’s up to the individual. I’d wasted so much money on Apps & fad diets over the years I think it’s worth it in the long run.
People pay for weigh loss jabs & regain the weight, I’m hoping to loose it a lot more slowly & be able to build better habits & routines that keep it off

Results-driven & empathetic accompaniment coaching style
I joined DOABL a little over 6 months ago. It clicked for me when I was asked if I was willing to make this “investment” in myself, and frankly this is exactly the mindframe I needed. I’ve never had coaching before and always thought I could just guide myself through it all and with time I’ll see results. A busy schedule, conflicting priorities, and just life always got in the way and I always put off getting in shape.
I found this program true to what they say; close follow up, customized everything, encouraging, and informative. Neve, my coach, has been nothing but helpful and insightful. With small nudges I found myself running for the first time in my life and could do 10Ks. I was almost convinced at first that my body is very resistant to weight loss and that this probably wouldn’t work, but to my surprise it did, and it would for many if not most bodies. I have always had a weak upper body but now-shockingly for me-I’ve grown great muscle definition. And I’m only starting my body recomposition phase!
I learned and was guided through what a fat loss phase is, and lost the last 10 KGs that I was aiming for (I even put 8Kg as my realistic weight loss goal initially). I think taking the guesswork out of the process, getting regular help and weekly as well as medium term planning help, and tools like the app to track it all is just the right combo for success. This is coming from someone who’s gained and lost weight all their life, and got to a point where the gym was the most intimidating place I could be.
I honestly highly recommend this to anyone, if you are willing to put in the work (and you can decide what that level is!). My birthday came around and I felt like I’ve gifted myself the best thing already this year that is showing up for myself and staying consistent for the first time in my life maybe.
Finally, I would say that as a woman, getting support from a woman coach also makes the biggest difference, starting from progress photos that I wouldn’t want to share with anyone to period related energy and hunger fluctuations, to mindset refocus regarding self image; it comes with no judgement and a lot of kindness and positivity informed by facts and experience.
I’m very glad I decided not to save my money and go with just any program or none at all, because I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have seen this much progress or gained that much confidence and reached my milestones (and beyond).

I found Doabl from instagram and was looking for a programme to get me over the last part of my weight loss journey and have loved the experience. The app is easy the habit forming is great to do with ticking off daily. The gym programme is great as you can see your strength building over the programme. My coach was great checking in looking at my food and helping when I needed it. Certainly would recommend
Coaching that ACTUALLY fits into your life!
An incredible experience. I struggle with comfort eating and have always put alot of pressure on myself to be a perfectionist in weight loss, but couldn't make this consistent with everyday life - a busy job, social plans with friends, holidays. Kayleigh helped me figure out how these things could fit into my plan and shift my mindset towards a balanced approach, finding a workout schedule that worked for me and I could stick to even when things are busy. The support is really consistent with daily check ins - whatever you think you need, you will get!

I started working with my coach, Neve, at the end of March, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. My goal was to lose 13kg. I already had a good understanding of calories, maintenance, and deficits, and I was quite active day-to-day — but when I went to the gym, I was just pottering around without much structure. Because I wasn’t seeing much change on the scales, I wouldn’t always stick with it.
One of the biggest breakthroughs for me has been understanding my cycle and hormones, and how they affect my body. Neve has been so informative, teaching me how to work with my cycle rather than against it. Weighing myself daily, has really helped too — it’s taken the sting out of seeing fluctuations, because I now understand they can simply be from having a saltier meal, feeling bloated, or hormonal changes.
So far, I’ve lost 9.3kg, and it hasn’t felt impossibly hard. Yes, it takes routine and effort, but Neve’s approach has made it feel completely doable and sustainable. Training is now part of my everyday life. I’m fitter, stronger, and I feel so much better in myself — physically and mentally. I have also still enjoyed meals out and had some events like weddings and holidays too.
I can’t recommend this coaching enough for anyone who wants to achieve fat loss while building a healthier, stronger lifestyle.
Best decision of my 2025
Let’s be honest — losing weight is overwhelming. It’s not just about food and exercise, but also sleep, mindset, staying active… all on top of an already busy life. I’ve never believed in restrictive diets and always struggled with consistency. I’d do well for a short time, see small results, but quickly feel overwhelmed and give up — stuck in a frustrating cycle.
DOABL team's vision is what convinced me to try (it's the first coach I've had in my life). Their approach and care is absolutely amazing (and you can feel it in every post they do even without having signed in yet). They don’t just focus on results, but on sustainable lifestyle changes that let you enjoy real food in a healthier way.
Since joining, I’ve lost weight consistently (around 0.5kg per week), gotten stronger, and changed my mindset — without doing radical changes and seeing it on scale and pictures. I also became aware of deeper issues around food and self-image I hadn’t seen before. Thanks to my coach Zoe’s support and guidance, I understood and overcame those blocks without it impacting my journey.
Zoe has been wonderful ! Her insight, care, and direction have made everything smoother. I can now focus on taking action while she keeps me aligned with my goals at the right pace.
I highly recommend DOABL coaching to anyone who might be interested in becoming a better version. Life-changing, more than just physical results!
Before joining DOABL and working with Annie. I was in a place where I constantly felt like I was trying everything on my own with little consistency and no real direction. I wanted to feel strong, confident and in control of both my body and my habits, but I didn’t know how to truly get there. What made me sign up was Annie herself. Her energy, her authenticity, and the way she approached coaching not just as a physical journey, but a mental one too. I felt safe, understood, and challenged all at once.
Since starting, I’ve gained strength, and my mindset has completely shifted. I look better, but more importantly, I feel better, calmer, more empowered, and proud of myself again. My relationship with food, fitness, and even with everything else has evolved in the best way possible! Annie supported me like no other. She supported me not only with my fitness journey, but through every possible challenge life threw at me. She was always present, always cheering me on, but also holding me accountable when needed. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made
Before discovering Doabl, I had tried countless diets, but never for long, because the results never came fast enough or they never lasted. I had no healthy habits, my eating was chaotic, my sleep schedule was a mess, and I was completely sedentary. Deep down, I knew what my situation was, but I chose to stay stuck because I genuinely believed nothing would work for me. Until I reached a point where I just couldn't stand myself and I really really wanted to change something but I lacked the motivation to try on my own again because of the already failed attempts.
I found Doabl through a random Instagram reel of Bethany’s and thought, “Why not?”, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
My coach Neve has been with me every step of the way. I truly don’t think I would be where I am today without her. Through this journey, I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve changed my mindset, my lifestyle, and I’ve built habits; some came easier than others, but I did it, and I never thought I could do it on my own.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve lost 30 kg and I didn't make any big sacrifices. I'm still enjoying meals out with friends, sweets, and takeaways from time to time. I've learnt to work with and not against myself. I’ve hit plateaus, I've had mental blocks, and I was mentally tired of it all, because this journey can be a lot after this long, but even during that tough stretch, Neve never left my side. She supported me through the moments I felt like an imposter in my own body, through the doubt, the frustration, and the days I didn’t believe in myself. And she was there to celebrate every proud moment and every win too. But most importantly, she showed up for me when I couldn’t show up for myself.
Doabl is absolutely worth it, especially if you know you struggle with intrinsic motivation and you think that extrinsic motivation is your only hope, or you don’t know where to start. If you’re ready to commit, even if you’re scared, they will guide you through it all.
Yes, the program is on the pricier side compared to others, but if you truly need support and have the financial means, I can say from the heart: it is 100% worth the investment.

I joined DOABL just under a year ago. Neve was my trainer and she was fabulous. After 3 months I hit my goals in relation to fitness and weight and had the best holiday ever as I felt confident and happy going off. Even when you hit bumps in the road Neve was great, encouraging and non judgmental. It was a great experience working with DOABL

I first joined Doabl after struggling to get past a plateau. The weight still hasn't shifted, but my lovely coach Neve has taught me so much since joining in January. The daily accountability, structure around my life (including plans for holidays), learning calorie banking, habit forming. I am in a completely different place now with my health and fitness from 7 months ago. Not only this, Neve is adaptable with training based on preferences, illnesses etc and is great at providing motivation and encouragement. If a wobble happens, there is no judgement just immediate plan on how to get back on track. Its been an amazing journey so far and looking forward to seeing further progress.

Joining doabl was the best decision
Joining doabl was the best decision I ever made. Kayleigh is the best coach and has really helped me to change my habits to fit my lifestyle. She has supported me and helped me change my perspective so that my goals became achievable. Company are very understanding, I was given a discounted rate after being with the for a year until I figured out when I was ready to go on my own. Highly recommend it’s worth the money

I’ve been with DOABL since the beginning of March and I could fill this entire webpage with positive comments and the amazing impact it’s had in so many different areas of my life.
Like all programs similar to this, they all work if you’re prepared to put the work in and be honest with yourself. DOABL is no different; this is very definitely about being a willing student but I am here for it and this couldn’t have come at a better time in my life.
I’m 45 years old, run two businesses and have a family. I understand what busy is, but the big difference for me is that I was tired of putting myself at the bottom of the list. There is no better time than now to make yourself a priority and the principles and toolkit DOABL provides has allowed me to do exactly that.
I was sceptical at first, especially as I’d followed Bethany for a while on social media and wondered if her method would work for me as an ‘older’ woman, but it absolutely does work for everyone, and being able to tailor your journey with your own accountability coach is what makes this stand out from everything else on the market.
My coach Neve is brilliant at making suggestions, helping me reframe mindset wobbles, and helping me build in the everyday life stuff that happens. And because we’re human. This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about making small and consistent changes every day to take baby steps towards a goal.
The best parts for me: I’m back to lifting heavy weights after almost 10 years out of the gym and I’ve lost just over 13kg since early March.
I love DOABL and the team, I can’t recommend this enough.

PCOS
Iv absolutely loved my time with the Doabl coaching team and can 100% recommend anyone working along side them.
Having PCOS trying to lose weight was very hard, I’d go to the gym get the steps in and still nothing. Working along side Neve my coach who’s given me loads of advice, iv tweaked my diet and the weight started to come off, allowing me to get back into clothes I haven’t worn for years.

Amazing experience

Forming healthy habit and being held accountable at the same time.
Tried loads of diets over the years.
This is the one thing that is working and I will
be able to maintain.
And it’s because of the accountability. It’s having to log your process everyday and have your weekly check-ins that have made the difference.
They take your weight, calories, step etc as an average over the week so it’s about the journey you are on as a whole not just on one specific day.
My coach is motivating, encouraging, supportive and full of practical ways to help me reach my healthy goals.
I can still live an active full life of holidays, eating out and the mundane and still reach my goals with my coaches support.
If you’re looking for a safe encouraging place to start on a healthy lifestyle journey then Doable is for you.
I would recommend to anyone.

Changing my relationship with food
I’ve been with doabl for just over a year after struggling with a hill walk - something which would have never happened to me 10 years ago. I 110% recommend to anyone. Kayleigh is an amazing coach and my relationship with food now is so very different now, it’s completely reprogrammed my brain.
I am no longer eating in an unhealthy way or yo-yo dieting. I feel I have so much more balance and energy. For me personally this is not a quick fix, this is a complete lifestyle change, it took a long time for me to gain weight and it will take time for me to lose it again, but doabl gives me the freedom to fit my changes in with my life, navigate around holidays, meals out and busy work periods and I never ever feel deprived.
Can’t wait to see where the rest of my 2025 journey takes me 😊
