The worst courier company
This is the worst courier company that ever existed. I hate it with the passion. They either leave the parcel outside your house and you’re worried at work that it won’t be there when you get home or when you want them to deliver to pick up point they return your parcel to a sender without a valid reason. Shocking customer service, you can report an issue as many times as you want and no one will respond anyway.

Zero stars. Still waiting for a delivery 10 days later than the advertised delivery timescale.

Another awful experience of using Evri unfortunately. They lied about a delivery of a parcel when there was no attempt at all to try and deliver it.

The bots who pretend to help solve the problem are a waste of time too.

How this company continues to be allowed to run is totally beyond me.

Just had some plastic arches sent from England to Taiwan and they got there earlier than expected and the parcel is still in one piece will 100% be using again great service!

Con artists and thieves..... no more online shopping for me if they use evri / parcel goes missing

Absolutely useless company. Every time I've had a parcel delivered it's been at least a day late. I've started avoiding companies that use Evri for parcel delivery. I can only imagine they're dirt cheap and that's why companies use them.

The world’s worst courier company.
Has now become a source of constant derision in our neighbourhood due to the courier’s relentless lies. He regularly marks a parcel as delivered when he’s not been anywhere near that home & takes photos of other homes or a totally black square as ‘proof’!
When he does come, it’s always way past the scheduled time so he never knocks or rings, but creeps up to the house and literally dumps the parcel on the doorstep in plain view of the street, and often in pouring rain so we find it sodden the next morning.
Worst of all, you cannot speak to or email Evri. Shocking.

Terrible company. They have been dumping my passages in an abandoned alleyway behind my flat where they inevitably get stolen all to save them the few extra minutes it would take to come to the front door and ring the bell. Two packages lost in the past few days. I will no longer buy from sellers on ebay who use this company as a courier.

Disgusting company who hires criminals and thieves. Bought a pair of headphones through QVC and they used "Evri" as the delivery company. 2 weeks later I had no parcel so I called to chase up and was told they had "lost" the parcel. I escalated with QVC and they sent out another pair.

Then a man rings my doorbell, I open the door to see a QVC box on the floor. I pick up the box thinking it felt really light, opened it and there was nothing inside but paper. So my item was essentially stolen twice.

Never use this company. The most untrustworthy delivery company who hires convicts and thieves.

The only reason to give this company a one star rating is that there is no option for a no star rating. Ordered a load of spring bulbs from a supplier. Was notified that it was with Evri on 2/11 then on 3/11 I was notified there was a problem and would be told when it was out for delivery. A week later and……….nothing. Not a word from them. So I rang the supplier and guess what….it was “lost in transit”. Any chance Evri were ever going to tell me that? Methinks not. Pathetic.

Worse delivery service going if I could choose my own selection of who delivers my items I would nothing but issues with them I live in a flat and if I'm not in they don't even attempt to get in even with a broken main door yet amazon and royal mail have no problems just evri to lazy to even come in if I could rate -10 stars I would this has happened more then once now company should be shut down one time when I was living with my mom they lobbed my parcel of the gate and found it all damp and wet

Have been waiting 2 weeks for a parcel have had 12 emails saying it’s been delivered then it’s been delayed then delivered then returned to sender then delivered and so on. Still waiting. Absolutely the worst parcel company ever complete shambles.

Spent £10 for next day delivery on an item (100g or less)

Keep chucking parcels over back gate . Have left remarks on deliveries to use front door, still don't listen. They have to walk past front door to get around back. Am now refusing to use evri for either delivery or collections.

A next day delivery package (food items) paid for and sent on the 8th of November is yet to be delivered. Every attempt to get to them through calls and messages have been frustrating.
How can the post office go into partnership with this kind of horrible company?
Evri is nothing but a nightmare.

Worst delivery company!!! Scammers!!! They don’t even have an actual person that you can speak to!! There is only an AI live chat and it is the same thing when you call the number that they have on the website!!!

Evri never ever deliver my parcels on time or even to the correct address. The last parcel delivered by them was delivered down the road with no notification at all. I had to view the photo and look for the door which was no where near me. I've been waiting for a parcel for the last two days and the delivery I'd always delayed. The van doesn't even stop. Businesses should boycott them and so should customers. Every other parcel company I have no problem with...if others can find my address, why can't they?? Terrible service.

I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with evri company and their services. Since last Friday, I've been selecting my neighbor's address as the delivery address for my parcel. Each time, evri driver didn't even attempt to buzz my neighbor. I've been trying to reach evri multiple times during all those attempts, and now they want to return my parcel to the sender due to your staff's incompetence. I apologize for the lack of polite words, but Evri is THE WORST courier company in the UK.

Absolute WORST company there is.
Paid £16 for a parcel to be delivered. First time they attempted 2 hours before the given window and other two times claimed nobody was in when the reciever was at home all day.
Shambles!!
