SCAMMERS!!! AVOID USING THEM!!!
Have two bad experience with them. Bought an item online which I had to send back to the merchandiser as the size was small. I have dropped my item to evri collection point and I regularly tracked it but there was no movement! So I contacted the merchandiser and I have been told the driver “lost” my item (quite strange!). Luckily merchandiser refunded my money. The other nightmare experience is that I bought an item from a different retailer and apparently my item is “damaged” during transit, and we dont know where my order is (again sounds very strange!!!!). It’s been two weeks now no update from both useless evri and the retailer.
Stolen items, or unlocatable?
When ordering anything, I always use DPD, or other trusted couriers.
When I see Evri, the mutation of a terrible company, Hermis, I wince.
They are either late, or items tend to go missing, or in their words, unlocatable.
Ordred an item near on 4 weeks ago. It didn't arrive and showed on their tracking service it was with them.
Short email exchange and yet again, item is nowhere to be found.
The person helping to locate the parcel, customer services did a great job.
However, it seems that they do have some folk there with sticky fingers as parcels just don't disappear.
Do not use. I certainly won't again.

They’re absolutely useless
They’re absolutely useless! Been told my parcel is missing but I’ve got to wait 48 hours for them to confirm this which means even if it is found I won’t have it in time for Christmas and it’s a present for my daughter! I ordered it weeks before Christmas for a reason!!!!

Have sent 2 parcels now to my daughter in Mexico the first one never even left the Uk someone had an early Xmas present. After numerous emails apologies etc I did get all my money refunded. I then went and repurchased gifts which was a gift for a 6 year old boy who been human trafficked along with his mom. My daughter a member of the IWC in Mexico was putting together a package for him to show there is still sone kindness to in the world. How wrong was I to trust EVRI with the 2nd parcel left UK in record time got to international hub never to be seen again. Another early Xmas present for a staff member. Therefore my advice don’t use this company to send international parcels they have too many light fingered staff and possible your parcel won’t get there. by the way once the parcel leaves the UK it is handled by Parcel2go!!

Terrible service! If I had options not to use Evri services I would do it.
They did not even try to deliver my parcel and canceled delivery straight away.

Booked a parcel to be collected from home, was given a day and promised a text stating an hours timeslot, no text and no parcel picked up, have spent two days now trying to actually speak to someone, have had to book collection through another company, looks like zero chance of a refund. This company is a joke, wouldn't use again

Waiting for 5 days for an update online. Contacted the company I bought a Xmas present from. They said they had contacted Evri who would deliver in 1-2 days, and no delivery. Can’t even bring up my package on “track your package “. I’m very sad as it’s a Xmas present I ordered on 5/12/23. My son will have to wait until after Xmas now. Dreadful service

My parcel has been saying on its way sinse Monday now Saturday got in touch with them on fb app then got email Saturday saying it should be with me today still no parcel I have left loads messages and am not getting anywhere just worrying that am not gona get it for xmas causing too much stress anxiety I left my phone number no one ever calls me bk its not fair.
Mysteriously Vanishing Items
Ordered a monitor from a well known online store. Item was dispatched, made it to my local depot (North East Wales) and then mysteriously disappeared.
Contacted the online store who conducted an investigation. Evri claimed the item was lost. Ordered another, more expensive, monitor from the same store. Item was dispatched only to arrive at my local depot and mysteriously go missing again at almost the same exact time on the same day of the week as the last one.
There are clearly some major issues with this company. Small items are delivered on time and with no issues at all. Items of value seem to go missing with absolutely no trace. There are many reports of light fingered employees of Evri and I believe that is the case here.
The reason I am writing this review is as some form of a warning to certain people. Specifically people who sell on online market places. If you sell items on eBay, Vinted, etc. Please choose literally any other delivery company over Evri. If your package goes missing and it doesn't fall within their strict T&Cs, you will have no way to get your money back. It isn't worth the tiny saving on shipping costs. Not to mention the disappointment from your customer when they realise that you have dispatched with Evri and they now have to spend the next few days holding their breath.

I now know why this company has such a bad reputation.
They managed to lose my parcel with no explanation other than its lost in the system?
I had to contact sender for a replacement which they did manage to deliver.
Can not understand why retailers use this so called delivery company.
Very poor service
Have had to return two online shopping purchases via Evri recently. The first one was collected over a week late with no explanation why there was such a delay. I'm still waiting for the second parcel to be collected, even though I booked the collection for yesterday. Again no explanation for the delay. I can only imagine that retailers use them because they're cheap as their service is terrible.

Left a large parcel on doorstep in full view of people passing by. Being dark it would have covered the theft.
Another parcel was recorded as delivered ... must be invisible because I didn't find it. changed the name but not the poor quality of service. DON'T USE SHOPS THAT USE EVRI, THE MESSAGE SHOULD GET THROUGH TO RETAILERS. I for one will do this to safeguard my online purchases.

I have been a loyal customer for Evri and before for years. There have been very few times when l have had to contact customer services but when l have l have always come away feeling disappointed that the help was so poor. Today 5/12/23 my whole opinion has changed. Angela your representative was helpful, kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable and reassuring. You have a VERY valuable employee, l will not hesitate to recommend Evri whenever l have the chance
Total scam. Don't bother insuring parcel. If lost, you will never hear from them
I had my parcel insured. Evri failed to deliver my parcel. We had no 'attempted delivery card' despite them claiming a delivery. They totally lied! After several weeks of 'trying to locate my parcel', I started an enquiry. THis took another few weeks and despite showing all required proofs of purchase, insurance and documentation, my claim was rejected. There is no way to contact them via email or phone. This company is a total scam. I am not £71 down and have had to re-purchase and resend the item again. Thank you Royal Mail. Curses to Evri
Two mistake in two days
Two mistake in two days.
Wow! You guys at Evri are something. I wrote a scathing review only this morning. I now have another parcel that they have lost.
1) first they claim it had the wrong address on despite their emails and app showing the correct address. So they are incorrect/lying.
2) now they claim I never collected it. I have been 5 times in a week and it wasn’t there and have email proof. Again they are incorrect/lying
3) they sent me an email after I complained at the beginning of the week saying they had it and would redeliver it. Turns out “Claire” who sent the email is a chat bot sending out standard emails (ie a lie) and no one actually looked at my case.
4) 3 complaints later and still no parcel. So apparently this is now my problem as they have returned it to sender IN CHINA!!!!
Evri your service is shocking, your customer complaint procedure is a damn right sham.
A senior manager, instead of saying we appreciate feedback and will pass it on, please reach out to me
about parcel H03JZA0034606473 and explain why it’s acceptable to give one customer so much trouble in one week.

Very poor service, lost package
I'm starting to regret using this company for my international shipping. Tracking is a bit poor as all I can see is "In transit" (would be good if I knew from where). ETA was 17/11 and now its the 24/11. I don't know where my package is. Last update was 14/11 which showed "in transit".
Its an absolute nightmare to find a way to contact customer care because its an international shipping. The automated system just redirects you once you've entered the tracking number. I managed to get through to customer care via the general email but I'm still not pleased. While I understand that sometimes packages can get delayed due to weather etc, I'm still not pleased with the tracking system. Despite being able to claim for the value of the items, its just not the same knowing that the initial items did not arrive to the intended recipient.
Made contact again on 16/12/23 for follow up and now being told that my item is now considered lost as no recent scanned updates. 😒😒😒
