There rubbish I been sat in for 2 day for a parcel. Was told it be delivered on day one so sat in . Then 15mints befor the the last estimated delivered time was cancelled by them to say it be next day. I have now just had the exact same thing happened. Last time this firm delivered a parcel it was just dumb on front door on full site to other. It's disgusting way to delivered thing . I told the firm who I bought from so there also black listing EVRI delivery to me from now on has tgey said royal mail it been next day delivery. For £0.50 more.
Evri, inept every time from everywhere!
I live in a relatively remote area of Scotland. Every time I see a product being sent via Evri; I sigh with dismay. As yet I have never had a good experience with either lost or delayed deliveries.
I am certain that Evri just fob off their deliveries to further third parties, which in turn breaks the record of tracking.
They are certainly a company who appear to be inept at an endemic level and I would suggest that the Royal Mail is far superior and efficient.

Had email from Makeup.uk to say that my parcel had been shipped and the delivery company Evri had got it and was going to deliver it but they didn't I even got a picture of a man who like he needed a bath there was no number on door it looked like a hoarders house I've seen anything like it something has gone wrong with this company. AVOID!!! I sent a parcel from the UK to Germany. Parcel was picked up and I checked the tracking information every day, just to see that nothing happened after it arrived at the international HUB, 5 days ago. No helpdesk available to ask, every attempt to open the 'ask for help' links on their website ending up in a 'OOPS something went wrong and you shouldn't be here' page. They are giving you an internationaI tracking number but not telling you what international partner they are using. So you have no way to get in contact with them. The enquiry form is asking for information that they already have e.g size and weight of the parcel. Even if you fill in the form and hit submit, the next page is timing out. I am now really concerned about my package and I wish I would have checked Trustpilot earlier. This is so disappointing. I wonder if somebody from Evri international will respond to this feedback.
Evri consistently fail to deliver…
Evri consistently fail to deliver within the promised time frame. My latest delivery was three days late, with no obvious reason why, and resulted in me incurring additional cost as a result. This is the latest in a long line of issues I’ve had with their service. I basically will not order from a seller that uses this company for delivery since their service is terrible.
Cant even drop off my parcel
Cant even drop off my parcel, because the first drop off shop I tried has run out of receipts so they can't accept parcels, and the second shop can't accept it because it wont be collected til tomorrow and they won't store parcels overnight!
So, happy posters, some things to keep in mind:
1. Look at the reviews here, they all 1 star but Evri do nothing about it, so what's the point in reviewing them?
2. Yes they are very cheap, but the service is very very bad, which means they are very bad value for money
3. the only way they will ever change is if we vote with our wallets and use someone else instead. If their sales dried up they would a) probably have to change their name yet again, and b) they might have to start thinking about offering a decent service
International tracking
Sent a parcel to Australia 12/10/23. Watched Tracking daily, now 31/10 and it shows cleared customs. Got very concerned until received a WhatsApp message telling me it had been delivered.
Could not chat to Evri international went to domestic etc. etc.
Wish they would get there act together.

I tried chasing only to be stuck in a loop with a bot as they don't let you speak to a human.
They then sent a message finally to say the item they supposedly delivered today won't be delivered until at least Tuesday.
Why not tomorrow? Why not Monday?

They should have just thrown the parcel in the sea. Pic for proof of delivery is nowhere I have ever lived. Useless company with poor standards of practice.
Let's face it, Ai is not an answer to helpful customer service. It can be taken as an excuse to deliver poor service.
I can see that Evri has not even bothered to claim this profile! Don't you wonder why? I have been a regular customer and I guess that I had been one of the lucky ones as I had never lost a parcel before... that is until now. Will a wall of chat bots and Ai on their customer service options that in reality do not help customers because they are incapable, is it any wonder they have such low ratings. When this business works it is great. However, let's be honest, when things go wrong it really fails because they do not have a good and reliable customer service that is run by real human beings...

The worst courier, DO NOT USE THEM, and every single company I will tell not to use them and I will ask for an alternative. Delivery people are rude have no manners, dump my stuff outside with holes in the bag ramaging through my stuff, which they obviously dont take seriously, but I take that seriously, goods and services i pay for I expect to be delivered and treated with care, not for the packaging to be opened and possibly maybe wanted to see what was in to see if they could steal it who knows. multiple time has dumped my package in the main entrance for anyone to come by and steal and just leave not even telling me its there. I can say this for sure, you have the WORST customer service, and if you dont change your customer service youre not going to last very long. If you were the last courier on the planet i wouldnt use your service because I dont trust you with my stuff. they also have no contact number no email, and it also seems like they dont even care about all the complaints, I think this company will be gone soon, I also think theyre a fraudulent company and should be avoided at all costs, they clearly dont give a rats a$% about their customers. make sure when you order something not to use them or risk your stuff being stolen or lost

I have been waiting for my parcels to get delivered for at least a week now. Every single day they say « we tempted to deliver » … I have literally been leaving MY DOOR OPEN ALL DAY!!! They dont even bother coming to the address !!!!
This is unacceptable. These parcels are important parcels and their extremely awful service quality impacts the overall customer experience you have with the companies you bought goods from.
Additionally no way to contact them, call them or anything ! Its a shame!

Should be ZERO star review for this absolute sham of a company. My question is how can they be allowed to continue to operate and why do companies continue to use them as a means of courier for their goods?! Every review speaks of the same level of complete and utter ineptitude. I echo comment of others and say that unequivocally I will avoid purchasing anything online from a company that uses EVRI as their so-called 'delivery service'. There are better options out there - it is beyond comprehension that anyone would choose to use EVRI, and it is very clear that EVRI care not a bit about the dire reviews they receive nor seek to improve any part of their operation. In every sense of the word they are useless.
If avoidable, don't use
Ordered something through another store for delivery, they only attempted to deliver once despite saying they would try 3 times. Contacted their support team in the first instance and then they tried to deliver again before giving me about 30 mins notice. After this they said they would send back to the sender, I tried contacting support and got no response.

This company are useless. I ordered a chair for my grandson on the 28th of September and evri picked it up on the 29th of September. On the Amazon website I ordered it from it stated the parcel would delivered by the 17th of October but it was never delivered by evri. This company are completely untrustworthy.

I would give evri no stars but they do not have the option for this as this company is terrible and surprise they can actually call themselves a service as they do not deliver parcels. Very good at making them dissapear
Ordered an item on the 13th October 2023 was expected by the 20th October 2023, still not received the item.
Delivery times on emails keep changing. Tracking states driver has attempted to deliver the item but got no answer. Has happened 4 times and on each occasion I have been in waiting for the parcel and the driver has not knocked or attempted to deliver the parcel.
I do not know why companies use this courier, or how companies that are using this courier are actually making any money as they must be having to allocate refunds constantly due to the appalling service by Evri.
The customer service I have received from Evri is just as bad will not give you answers just inform you of what you already know, what to do but don't tell you where the parcel is or confirm when it will be delivered. If I have the choice I will never use this company to deliver anything. I am actually surprised that Evri formally Hermes is still actually operating as a business as they are not viable and do not give a toss about parcels being delivered, they allow their driver to do what they want.
Package left on busy high street stolen TWICE
The delivery driver left our package in full view and the entire £70 of contents were stolen. Replacement sent by seller.... Left basically in the street on a busy high road. Entire contents stolen AGAIN. Either the driver is actively stealing this himself, or is at least encouraging theft. Thanks to the driver, my cat will go hungry. Despicable

Despite constantly requesting the courier does not hammer the hell out of my front door he still does it and yesterday it was that bad he made myself and my husband gasp , my husband has just had a heart attack and is recuperating by the time we get to the door he’s driving off , but once I managed to open in time to ask him to please not knock so hard , it appears it’s getting harder it really is as if he’s doing it on purpose . I’m so fed up of it but. Being disabled I rely a lot on online shopping or I really would stop ordering , they have left parcels in dustbins , on doorstep for hours when I’m out , they just don’t care and neither do the distribution centres
