Driver lied!!
Absolutely furious, was expecting package from merrell uk & tracking said 'package too large to deliver"
Merrell have just rung me to tell me the tracking says "customer refused package as too large"!!!
Sort it out evri - this item is now lost because of your driver's falsehoods!!
Update 13th January: package was RETURNED to Merrell last week after driver said I'd refused it (lie). I've now received an email from someone who says they work in the depot which says "if I haven't received any further updates by day 10 please contact the sender of the parcel"
YOU SENT IT BACK TO MERRELL, IT'S NOT GOING TO MAGICALLY REAPPEAR AFTER 10 DAYS - I HAD TO BUY A NEW PAIR!!

Intentionally Bad
They have been sitting on my package for weeks after it cleared customs. Their website pushes everything to a AI chat, which says my package is through a different portion of Evri. It's not. This is a circular system meant to give the customer no chance at actual assistance. Terrible company. I'll never order from any company that uses Evri for international shipping.

Hopeless service - DO NOT BUY
Sent a parcel to Spain on 2/12. Cost me £33, and it spent the first 16 days at Heathrow and then 10 days and counting in a depot in Spain. My son got no presents for Xmas. Supposed to be 5 days for delivery. Absolute JOKE. No one to talk to, calls cost £15 to speak to a person, or you can go on a chat with a bot - going round and round in circles. Totally fed up, I’ll never use them again! Hopeless !

He got the gifts ( worth £120) on 30/12. There was a customs charge of £40 - that’s brexit for you !
Very disappointed with Evri
Very disappointed with Evri. They sent one parcel to an unknown address. The photo proof of delivery was not my house nor any nearby. Another parcel was in their warehouse but they could not locate it. Another which should have been delivered before Christmas, although tracked to their warehouse was not delivered until the 27th. Too late for Christmas Day, When you contact Evri it’s via email with delayed responses. Evri takes no responsibility and it’s up to the buyer to contact the seller. They are not fit for purpose.
Parcel sent to France returned to me
Sent parcel to France on 29 November via local post office using evri international priority - queried with chat box on 19 December as no tracking & not received. Parcel returned to me in UK on 21 December. Can't complain through customer service or chat box as they're saying parcel is delivered.
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace, all over their website it states "ALL PACKAGES ARE AUTOMATICALLY COVERED WITH £20 PROTECTION"
And then when they lose a parcel, they tell you that you never took out protection and are not actually covered! Total scam! They dont respond to complaints. They couldnt care less!

I was expecting a delivery in 3 to 5 days. After 5 days I received an email that my parcel is out for delivery then after 19.30, the last slot when they should arrive i received an email that my delivery will be reschedule. No information for when or why and no one to contact. I am waiting now for 7 days delivery and I contact the shop I ordered to cancel the order and say loud. EVRI IS A FRAUD!!!
Absymal service and non-existent support for international parcels
I recently paid for a parcel to be sent to France and selected the option to pay the import tax upfront. However, when it arrived in France I was sent an email request by Evri to pay the same tax again!
Attempting to get hold of someone via their phone or online chat bot was impossible.
I have raised an official complaint and will be recovering my payment either via Evri or through my credit card company.
An awful service that I will never use again.

Truly appalling service... I am a fan of the Evri UK domestic service... and when it came to an international delivery to HK for my Grand daughter at Christmas I tried it... 2 weeks later!!!! and it's still in transit... well the UK consolidation took over a week, why am I surprised!!! By far the worst delivery service I've ever used first they deliver my package to the wrong address it goes missing then the second package failed to get to me because the driver was again unable to find my address. I've used many delivery services and the level of incompetence at evri is in a league of its own.

Very poor. I sent a package to south korea and used the tracing service. They stated it was not delivered due to incorrect address ( address was 100% correct). Their costumer service only said they cannot do anything about it and package will be returned to the UK. No compensation and they left me hanging on the chat line service. I would NEVER use this company
NEVER rely on Evri
Absolute garbage of a service, I regret ever even using them, because not only they didn't deliver the package STILL after almost 2 weeks it's still in the uk, they have been ignoring my emails and requests for a phone call! First started with what THEY described as a label error, when I tried contacting them, they said they'll get back to me! 5 days later and suddenly I receive an email saying "thank you for providing the mailing address". I haven't given them SQUATE! I guessed it was an automatic reply but why haven't they even TRIED to explain what exactly was the error in the first place? And if I didn't pester them about it, would they have just buried my package, pocketed the 50£ I paid for their damn service and hope I'd never find out?!
This package was a care package for someone in a homeless shelter and I wanted to make sure the package arrived safely! Instead I'm STILL unaware where the package is, if it's been processed, what was the error on the label, NOTHING! AVOID THEIR SERVICE LIKE THE PLAGUE! No amount of money is worth this absolute disrespect to customer and their packages.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The worse service ever. I sent a parcel to Italy in May. It has never been delivered. They said it failed Customs clearance. So I told them that if they couldn’t deliver, they should at least send it back to sender (me). Which they never did. My parcel just disappeared and they offered to refund me just for the postage costs. What a joke. How are these people allowed to be in business?
Do not use, terrible service
Evri International is nowhere close to the service they offer domestically. After my post was sent to France they first asked me to pay duty tax. Then after about three weeks’ wait and no update on status on their website I was told the item was lost. Then they tried to close the case by offering £20 compensation for an item of £110. There’s no customer service you can contact by phone. If you are lucky you might get a response by email. Truly stressful experience.
