Absolutely terrible, wasted an hour and 50 minutes on the phone to this company going round in circles and getting absolutely nowhere and eventually concluding they could not insure me despite lots of confusing information like I needed to speak to the medical underwriters, but no appointments were available, or that they might be able to insure me when my trip was less than two months away, but not explanation of why that would be the case except that was what the computer said. I was speaking to a call handler who might as well have been a bot. Awful experience, and apparently there was no manager or supervisor that I could speak to get some sense. After the hideous call I got insurance online with ‘good to go’ within a few minutes.

Application for insurance on-line is very easy. However, the Medical Conditions section is a little more difficult. There are helpful list of medical conditions but if you don't fit exactly into one of these you may need to interpret of check that your condition if properly covered. The overall pricing is extremely competitive.
