Fiona Macrae
After Fiona Macrae, Insurancewith’s founder, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she found it almost impossible to get affordable travel insurance. Like anyone else, she was looking forward to a holiday, but sensibly-priced cover seemed out of reach.
Insurancewith was created to help people with all kinds of conditions – including cancer, mental health, epilepsy, and many disabilities – get the most suitable cover for your personal needs at a price to suit your budget.

Brilliant value for one with cancer
After a great value policy for one year,just paid a third less for renewal.Such a fair rating system charged me a few hundred which,because of my prostate cancer,would have been thousands with anybody else.Trust me,I've tried.

Good Website for quotations
Website great for obtaining a quotation but sadly I wasn’t able to access it on line. It just disappeared. That said the staff I spoke with were all very helpful in resolving my issues and found the quotation. Suggest you write the quotation number down asap in case the system crashes. Had to wait around 30 minutes each time to speak with an advisor as I didn’t want Tobias the call back service.

The medical screening was exhausting…
The medical screening was exhausting and I felt overly intrusive. Some questions, in my opinion, were particularly unnecessary regarding a quote for travel insurance. I terminated the call for a quote after an hour. I will stick with my regular travel insurance company - straightforward factual questions. I wanted to see if I could get anything cheaper but the call with this company and the level of questioning was so distressing I eventually felt it wasn’t worth continuing the call to find out the cost.

My only criticism is that you should perhaps train your employees to inunciate more clearly. Sometimes they are not easy to understand. I have had a problem on the last two occasions I have communicated with your company.

InsuranceWith so easy to use
I used the online system. I was a little concerned as I have a few conditions including Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and thought no one would insure me. I was so pleased when InsuranceWith did insure me and for what I consider a very good price. The online system was easy to use, the questions were simple and straightforward. A really good experience.
