Fiona Macrae
After Fiona Macrae, Insurancewith’s founder, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she found it almost impossible to get affordable travel insurance. Like anyone else, she was looking forward to a holiday, but sensibly-priced cover seemed out of reach.
Insurancewith was created to help people with all kinds of conditions – including cancer, mental health, epilepsy, and many disabilities – get the most suitable cover for your personal needs at a price to suit your budget.

Caring, compassionate insurance company
After doing a quote online - I then spoke to Gita who was very helpful in correcting answers and providing two quotes of which I have taken a single trip policy at a reasonable price. This is my husbands first trip having gone through 4 operations for cancer in 2025. Thanks to Gita we are off on holiday in October.

Travel insurance & health conditions with a favourable premium.
Insurancewith have a fair & in depth questioning system for medical conditions which can be lengthy but the outcome is normally an acceptable premium. Just be honest !
I have used Insurancewith in the past I am always pleasantly surprised of the premium offered.
If only other travel insurance 'health condition' providers did the same & not rely on a few generic questions ending in a ridiculous premium.
Insurancewith will always be my first stop when comparing travel insurance with health conditions.
Invariable they always come out on top.

Have taken out insurance for a few years now and can’t get a better deal than with this company. Easy to fill in the form and never had any issues. I recommend this company to lots of people on cancer/ stoma groups I’m in.
