Friendly, professional Drs. They listen to you as a person and as a patient. They trust that you do have some knowledge about health and wellness and don't dismiss claims or concerns. I was provided with any referrals and pathology requests as needed. Follow up was seamless. Unless there is a physical need to be assessed in person, or you need a visit with a regular GP, instant consult is awesome. 5 minute wait times AT most in my experience. Locally it's a 2 week wait for a GP and if you need emergency after hrs 6+hrs wait at the Yeppoon hospital. Thankful for this service as someone living in regional QLD.
