Minimal wait time, can generally book and be seen within 5-10 minutes. Great advice, readily available prescriptions and reasonably priced. Good if you need to see a Doctor same day and when needed, rather than having to book in advance.

No wait, Dr Bhat was very efficient and easy to liase with. Highly recommend Instant consult. Scripts and medical cert all sent to my email and inbox within minutes of the consult: I also made a mistake with the cert date so had to call back and adjust and a new updated correct version was sent to my email by the same afternoon. I was very happy with the service

I tried to use the app, but it kept refunding my money saying they couldn’t connect. From 9.30 to 11.30, l tried. I rang support several times and in the end l deleted the app and then reinstalled it. It finally did work however. When you’re ill, it can be very frustrating.

AMAZING!!! I'm so happy to have found Instant Consult. Extremely fast service (shortest I have had to wait was 2 mins, and longest 15 mins). I have tried 4 other online Dr's services and had to wait from 2 - 5 hours. That's too long and a big inconvenience.
