Helps a lot when you can’t get any doctors in weekend and rural areas which has very limited GP around here.

This is such a great way to get treatment without having to leave home.I was feeling very unwell on Sunday night and other than having to take a day off work to see my regular GP I rang though to Instant Consult. I waited only a few minutes to be connected and the doctor was really good and put me through a prescription in no time. Very efficient and pleasant.

Ive had numerous excellent experiences with Instant Consult. Ive never waited more than 5 mins to speak to a dr. They are knowledgeable and make the whole process so easy. This is definitely a positive for technology in the days where its impossible to get in to see a Dr.

I didn’t receive my Stemetil prescription from the doctor

I was talking to the doctor within under 5 minutes. Very helpful doctor who helped me with a script. Seeing I could not get into my local doctor for a week and a half, I was so impressed I was seen immediately and starting antibiotics straight way instead of my condition worsening for 10 days

Was rushed during my appointment. Informed the Dr consulting me that I have a severe allergy to pencillin. Call ended very quickly and he sent me a script for antibiotics which was penicillin based. I am unable to take it. No number to call treating Dr back I had to call the helpline and explain the error. Was informed they call the Dr. then had to wait for the Dr to call me back. He apologised and reissued the script.
Not good enough. I was unwell and luckily picked up on his error before making my way to the pharmacy to collect it.
Perhaps taking more time and care during calls this wouldn’t occur

The application is good as in I can meet a dr asap but the dr never gave me really detail explanation, only saying I need more medicine. Too quick, only a minute consultation

So much more convenient than driving to a medical clinic and waiting for a doctor running way behind schedule. I was seen to a doctor within a few minutes of contact. I only wanted a prescription filled, so it was a really fast appointment, but the doctor still checked to see if I was aware of how to take the medication, etc. Off I went with my e-script to a pharmacy and medication was obtained.

Really easy to use and access everything you need

I use Instant Consult when I'm sick and need a medical certificate for work. It's convenient and quick & don't have to leave the house when you're feeling terrible. All the doctors have been very helpful
