Customer service agent was very helpful in talking me through a fault finding strategy. I’d done most of the obvious checks on a waste disposal but in the end, with some prompting, I realised someone had turned off an isolator. Silly I know but we hadn’t realised it was there.

Good telephone response from ISE. Put in touch with local kitchen company. Excellent service from engineer. ISE less than year old, had stopped working. Engineer immediately, on phone, said he will order a new one. came when said he would, quick clean and efficient job. Professional.

Hot water boiler failed after five months
Did not get call back as agreed, not satisfied that hot water boiler packed in after 5 months and warranty does not start again with replacement boiler.

The person with whom I spoke could not have been more helpful! He patiently helped me figure out why my food disposal unit had stopped working (the tube to the air switch was disconnected), and in so doing, saved me from an expensive service call. Thanks again!

The unit is as good as the website alludes to my only gripe was the misinformation I received about what comes in the box prior to purchasing. So as I particularly wanted a stopper and not a strainer I have had to purchase one separately.

What pressure is really needed?
I was sold the tap by Wren and told I needed 0.5 bar. I checked with the plumber before purchasing who said it would be fine despite not having great pressure at the house. After install the boiling water dribbles out. I called Insinkerator and was first told I need 2.1-8.6 bar. I have since received another call to say they got that wrong and I need 1.7 bar. My pressure fluctuates around 1.7 bar so I have an expensive tap that is not useable in my home and waiting to hear back from Wren/Insinkerator for who is going to take responsibility for incorrect information. Not happy!
