Great service, honest and competitively priced
Initially had my battery replaced but due to the great service, really competitive pricing I decided to book my Service and Mot also. In addition I knew I needed 4 new tyres, so I booked them through Black Circles for fitting on the same day. Work was carried out with no hassles, pricing again was competitive and the advice I received was honest and factual. Highly recommend the guys at InNOut Basildon.

I was booked in for a service and mot, was greeted with a warm welcome as always. I don’t have the first clue about cars but appreciate how well things are explained to me. I fully trust them and their work. Everyone very professional, have been using them for over a decade now and wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you to all.

Didn’t really want to leave a 1 star…
Didn’t really want to leave a 1 star review as I’ve used this company a couple of times now and never faced any issues however on my last MOT they clocked my miles incorrectly on the paperwork which has made me now look like I’ve had my miles docked. Spoke to customer service they said they would get it looked into never heard anything so rung Liverpool branch and was pretty much told it’s really hard to resolve the issue and made me out to be an inconvenience, the person on the phone said he would get back in touch and I still haven’t heard anything and this has been ongoing since March. It’s making it impossible to sell my car now, really not good from the company.
