Andrew, Lewis, Zac and Ali did a great job on the installation. Explained every step of what was happening, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was installed in a day, and then Andrew explained the system before leaving answering all questions, very knowledgeable on the system.

Further to my previous reviews , after sending me a email asking if they can help with battery upgrade I rang the guy who was meant to be the battery upgrade person did ring and say since I had my system installed things have moved on and they don’t do anything with SolaXCloud but could take it out and replace with what they are using now my system is super I only wanted to add another battery will have to find another company that can fit a solax battery seeing he was going to go through it with me a week ago and can’t be bothered to ring back ,After speaking to James who was very informative and explained as it’s not quite has straight forward as I think but his information was explained so easy I could understand thank you James.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a further review. I am sorry that you feel frustrated and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
I have attempted to call you a few times this morning to discuss this directly, as it is much easier to explain over the phone.
As mentioned, the system installed in 2021 is now around five years old. At this stage, the existing battery has completed a high number of charge and discharge cycles. Adding an additional battery to an older unit can cause the two battery management systems to fall out of sync, which leads to inefficiency and can result in the batteries discharging into one another. This is why simply adding a single extra battery is not technically recommended or supported.
Rather than leaving you with a compromised system, we would run through some options to replace the existing battery with a brand-new upgraded unit. This would double your usable storage, reset the warranty period by a further 10 years, and give you access to newer safety and performance features, including AI-driven charge and discharge optimisation, fire suppression protection, and thermal heating for cold weather performance.
We are more than happy to discuss this further and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact me directly and I will ensure we go through everything clearly with you.

A great solar panel provider. There was no sales pressure; each step of the way was clearly outlined. Communication was excellent. The scaffolding arrived & was erected on time. The solar panels were installed by an efficient and personable team. They explained how the system works very clearly. The price was reasonable.

Great recovery – issues resolved with a sincere apology.
UPDATE: I’m updating my review as the company has since made a real effort to make things right. The team reached out to provide the explanation I was looking for and a sincere apology for the stress caused.
I’m pleased to say we’ve now come agreement for the loss of heating and the time spent managing the repairs. I especially want to credit James who stepped in recently; who was professional, empathetic, and worked hard to bring this to a positive close. While the initial experience was a major struggle, I really appreciate the accountability shown in the end to ensure we were looked after.

Our experience has been a nightmare. A solar installation led to three catastrophic power failures. We were left without heating for weeks while my wife was pregnant.
They refused to take technical responsibility for the fault and forced me to act as my own project manager, coordinating between their team, emergency electricians, and Octopus. Not only that but they have also been dismissive, refusing to explain the technical cause of the fault let alone take responsibility for the massive burden they placed on our family.Totally unprofessional and currently being escalated to the industry ombudsman (HIES).

The whole solar pannel fitting process yesterday was stress free and well organised ,the solar pannel fitters, zak and colleague were , punctual , very polite , helpful hardworking and tidy , zak explained the whole pannel fitting process and supplied me with photos of each step of the installation, Also the electrican Andy ( i think ) and his colleague were equally good in every respect , working very hard until late evening .The whole team are a absolute credit to the company , Also a mention for Paul Moses( sales) who spent a fair bit of time explaining the system to me in a polite, helpful manner , without resorting to hardsell tactics (like other companies i received quotes from ) all in all a very positive experience so far , hoping the product and after sales service are equally as good

I signed up for a solar installation through my local council. Infinity Renewables was selected as the installer. Their price for my installation seemed very reasonable.
The whole process from arranging the survey to installation was very smooth and everything happened on the dates planned.
The installation was completed in one day and the three guys doing the installation (James the electrician and Logan and Jonah the panel installers) did a great job. They were friendly, helpful and professional giving me options for some of the details for routing the wiring, placing control components etc. They explained the installation and components to me.
Everyone I have dealt with at Infinity Renewables, in person and on the phone, has been friendly and helpful.
I’ve been impressed by their great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This was my third home battery…
This was my third home battery installed by Infinity Renewables. Max added the battery to my other two so it appears as one 19.5kW battery. Max notified me of his arrival time and was on time. He installed the battery just where I wanted it. The installation was quick and he left the site clean and tidy. He was polite and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process of ordering the battery, confirming my requirements and paying the invoice was straight forward. All the team I spoke to on the phone were knowledgable and made me feel confident with my plan that will reduce my energy bills considerably. I would not hesitate in using Infinity Renewables for my next green energy project.
