Website horrible, no edits, no refund, don't recommend !!!

Company only offers refunds withing 24 hours, so beware. Website I received looked worse than the first one I made myself. Stated being unhappy with my website and nothing was done to change it. They don't offer you insinght on the chosen product either. Don't recommend at all.

Good first impressions made!

I cannot say much, i odered a store and the facebook ad management with 3 ads.
The store looks great, mauro is very kind and talks to me until 11:00 pm or later.
If this is going on like this, i am very happy!

they don't know what they're doing, don't know how to manage a project and are absolutely not experts you can rely on!



I had to wait 4 days for them to finally set up my ads,... and the ads was not managed and optimized at all, they never looked at the documents that we had prepared in terms of brief, creative and video.



they always said yes yes we will fix it... but nothing happened!!



a good seductive onboarding with a sales team but a very bad experience in terms of ads, management and transformation,.. in short why we wanted to work with them

One of the most disappointing…

One of the most disappointing experiences I've ever encountered. These individuals seem entirely inept at their job. Who exactly is supposed to be fulfilling their role here? As the paying customer, shouldn't I be entitled to some degree of service? When I asked for a refund, they said it's been more than 48 hrs, so I can no longer request a refund. The video ad that they made was of very poor quality. The ad manager who was assigned had abysmal communication. They put up the ad and were not following up if the ad was running or had errors. Isn't that what they advertise they can do? It's absurd that I'm paying them to do their job. In the end, I received nothing for my investment. Perhaps I should have applied for a job there, considering I seemed to be doing all their work. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Their lack of professionalism and competence is glaring. It appears they rely on customers to do their job for them. Save your money and avoid dealing with these amateurs. I believe the 4-5 stars reviewed just from their own people. I would not think they truly earned any stars from the service that I am currently experiencing.

I appreciated the customer service

I appreciated the customer service. They usually answer really quick and they finished the store quite fast, with the supplier connected etc.
In addition, they are really flexible. Though the first product they suggested wasnt aligning with me, they edited the whole store for a product that suits me. Truly appreciated it.

I am very impressed.

I am very impressed with the speed in which they created a great looking site for me. The communication from Sarah and the team has been excellent and everything is moving along just like they said it would. I previously paid 30 times more for a site that isn't half as nice and for much less communication. I couldn't be happier at this point.

Trustworthy & Professional

Their services are delivered quickly which is nice. I've experienced in the past companies that make things drag on and keep you in the dark. With Imperial eComm they keep you up to date by email, respond quickly, and deliver quickly.

If you are looking to get into eComm you can make a very good start with their niche stores and FB ads services!

Delivered fast amazing

very bad experience, highly not recommended

very bad experience, I do not recommend this company. I have bought a product from their website which is ( one product store + 2 weeks ads management) they delivered the store but did not delivered the ads management. waiting for more than a one month long but they never set an ads compaign or run a single ad for my store. I paid for this order on 8th of december 2023 but until 15th of january 2024 they never run a single ad for my store. I requested a refund because the product is not delivered completely but they rejected my request because per their refund policy I have to request refund within only 24 hour , this is a very bad refund policy, this means even if they did not deliver any product or service to the customer after only 24 hour no refund.
another downside the product they chosen for my store is already selling every where, on amazon, ebay, walmart and other stores with cheap prices from $7, $8 on amazon and ebay, $9 on walmart, so how is it possible a customer will NOT buy this product from stores close to him for only $8 and 3 day shipping time and then come to buy the same product from unknown online store for $29 and wait for 15 days to be delivered to him ???
My advice to imperial ecommerce is to improve their service and to put the customer satisfaction on top of everything. if the customer paid you for the product, you suppose to deliver this product as quickly as possible. if you do not deliver the promised products and services just refund him his money, this is justice, and do not steal customers money with the 24 hour refund policy trick.

$20 worth of services...read before considering

The site created was nice and unique, great for starting out if you're new to dropshipping. As long as you don't mind that AI tools were used. Otherwise you can tweak anything on your site that you may not like.

They don't link the products on your site to any dropshipping site. They use Zendrop, but some of the items can't be found there at all (only aliexpress) so it's a bit of a hassle to link them all manually.

I also bought the Facebook ad package, where they help you in developing your ads so you can promote them on social media.

While I understand the large difference in timezone between me and my assigned ad manager may cause some delays, communicating has been an absolute nightmare.

There were moments where expectations were set but were not delivered on time. Communications were poor and it felt like I wasn't a priority at all as things felt like they were taking longer to deliver than usual. They also ask you to put a review on this site and send a screenshot to them, which made me feel like I was put on the spot to write a good review.

I hope that I may be a rare case, because this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Terrible

I tried purchasing a website from them and it looked nothing like their demo store, even though that one was very poorly made. I got one worse. Customer service is unprofessional and they refused to give me a refund, even though their policy was "100% refund if you don't like it".

Team Ecom was very unprofessional

Team Ecom was very unprofessional, they made a lot of mistakes along way, from the wrong price of the product to ordering 6 video ads and receiving just 2, the guy from the ads management didn’t care to help so much, it was always late and unprofessional, when i asked for a refund, they said, they can’t refund me anymore! And nobody is answering to emails anymore. I do not recommend.
