I was sceptical at first with Imperial Ecom but after a while talking to an awesome person in the company and my ads manager we can finally begin the life changing process! It is difficult , but Mouro always got my back he always make sure im in a good spirit….. thanks to everybody….

My experience with Imperial has been great! The store they built for me looks great and working with my ad manager Mauro has been fantastic! He is great at walking you through the whole process with patience and very clear communication. Highly recommend Mauro and the team for your e-commerce needs!

From the purchase of the package of store and 4 weeks of Facebook ad management, The imperial Ecom team have been outstanding from the beginning through to the Facebook ad management setup. Sarah A was my first point of contact and answered every question and concern I had regarding purchasing the package. The store I purchased looks great and is everything they said it would be. Then paired with my ad manager Mauro who has had clear and effective communication with me to ensure the ads are setup and running correctly. I’ve yet to see any sales come through 1 day into running ads. Hopefully the products the store is built with are winning and the ad management continues to bring success with the store.

Garbage and waste of money please don't trust the other reviews, they take you're money and give you a website made by 2 years old, their ad copy is Garbage and the videos that they make is worse that what you can find online, such bad quality I don't recommend it to anyone who really wants to make money

If you are willing to take the leap of faith.. I recommend you do it. You can always earn the money back somehow.

Very good guide, guide me to set up my business ad account with full of guidelines and clear step by step all processes for my business ads.

Imperial e-commence actually thief & scammer company, who stole almost $800 my hard earned money and provided me absolutely crappy and pathetic services. When I got fed up with them and requested refund and they refused to give me due to their scam refund policy.

I bought 8 Weeks of Facebook Ads/Tiktok ads at 40%OFF + FREE Upgrade to General store + FREE 6 Video ads × 1 service on 28/10/2023. They never consulted me choice of my company name and they also skip Shopify 3 months £1 promotion and they created the store with their choice of company name and Shopify account and provided me login details. When I logged into Shopify account and saw that I have to pay £25 per month. I got very upset and decided to create my own Shopify account and got 3 months £1 Basic plan service promotion and informed Imperial support team and took me some times for them to do the store on my account. Then, they were so many flaws on the store and I was kept saying to fix it and they weren't doing anything. When I was asking for my refund, then they were fixing the issues.

Also their Ad manager was a joke and ignorance. When I got 8 Weeks of Facebook Ads/Tiktok ads at 40%OFF + FREE Upgrade to General store + FREE 6 Video ads × 1 service, He told me to purchase an extra 6 video pack bundle to increase the visibility of the store for a quick generating sales. I told him that I'm struggling to generate an extra funds and it will take sometimes to do that. He said to me that I will get all my investment back in a short period of times, Then he was messaging me all the times to buy an extra 6 videos package and sending me messages all the times including Saturday. Finally I got agreed and bought that service too on 04/11/2023, Since then Ad manager was ignoring me during my days off and always sending me messages, when I'm about to go to work. When I complained about him and he started to being very noisy and that's where I started to get up with him and didn't like his attitude. So, I requested my refund and they refused to give my refund and told me that It's been more than 24 hours and I have been given discounted service. Therefore, I'm not eligible for refund and offering me other free services. How can you offer other free services? When you haven't provided me the first one. It's absolutely disgraceful and they should be ashamed themselves.

To be honest with you, they are real thief and scammer company. They are just after people hard earned money instead of providing you quality services. I don't know why I got trapped in this mess despite my elder brother warnings. Because I discovered this year May that I have been suffering from Psoriatic Arthritis and difficult to do psychical demanding work anymore and I wanted to change the career and this is the reason, I went ahead but got very badly burned.

I'm going to seek legal advice and try to recover my hard earned my money by filing lawsuit against Imperial ecom. If I get lucky. But everyone are protecting thief and scammer company like Imperial ecom.

If you are reading this Imperial ecom. You stole my hard earned money from me. I'm praying to God and this is my curse to you that someone steal from you my hard earned money soon or later. You aren't genuine company. Just bunch of thief and scammer company. Real and genuine never treat their customer like that and do anything to make customer happy and protect their company reputation.

I recently used ImperialEcom's services to create a store on Shopify. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Here's why I cannot recommend this company:

Subscription Fee: Upon signing up, I was charged a 39EUR subscription fee from day one. However, as I later discovered, when you create a store on Shopify, you are entitled to a $1 subscription for the first three months. It's unclear how ImperialEcom managed to skip this offer and charge me the full amount upfront.

Overpriced Store Package: I paid 49 EUR for a store with just one product. In hindsight, I realized that other companies offer the ability to add multiple products at a lower cost. This feels like a ripoff considering the limited value provided.

Facebook Ads Setup Disappointment: To further promote my store, I opted for the 79 EUR Facebook Ads Setup package. However, instead of receiving a comprehensive service, I was given a checklist of tasks to complete on my own before a "Facebook Ads Manager" would contact me. Communicating via Skype felt outdated and unprofessional. Moreover, the Ads Manager's main intention seemed to be upselling rather than providing the advertised service. I ended up setting up the ads myself, rendering the package useless.

Pushy Sales Tactics: During the Skype conversation, the representative repeatedly tried to sell me their 4-week Ads management package. They rushed me to make a decision, claiming that they couldn't proceed without my purchase. This was not the initial goal, as they were supposed to set up my Facebook Ads. Their tactics were pushy and untrustworthy.

Lastly, I received an email from ImperialEcom, offering a PDF with "winning" products of the month in exchange for leaving a positive review. This manipulative approach further eroded my trust in their integrity.

Overall, I regret choosing ImperialEcom's services. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Unfortunately, getting a refund seems unlikely, as they appear to be scammers. Save your time, money, and frustration by exploring other reputable alternatives.
