Imperial assigned me with my ads manager Mauro, he’s been very helpful and explained everything so far. He’s is going to be running my ads and helping me get my ecom business going. First off I want to start by saying they won’t run your ads for you, you would be sent a video to watch so therefore you are the one running ads by yourself and for yourself. The ad manager I was assigned to isn’t fluent in English and seems lazy. His name is mauro and he is very manipulative! I have evidence of my chats and emails with them. The person behind the imperial ecom instagram page is a chronic liar and a nonchalant incompetent nicompoo. The dimwit started ignoring my messages after telling me they were processing my refund. Do no use them! They are bunch of liars and thieves.

Website was good and well made. Customer service was great. ADS management is a waste of money and time as you still have to additionally pay for your own Facebook ads, and managers basically do nothing. Save your money with management and just make Facebook ads yourself since you have to pay for them regardless anyways. Spent lots with them to see 0 success. Still have the website and still looks professional but no sales. Not worth the extra ads management

I strongly advise against using their services due to their restrictive 24-hour return policy and sluggish turnaround time. It’s frustrating that they delay starting on projects, leaving customers in the dark about when they’ll receive their order. Additionally, it appears they might not customize orders individually, instead providing generic solutions. This lack of personalized service is concerning, especially considering the high prices charged. Trustpilot reviews may not accurately reflect genuine experiences. I regret not making the store myself as the end result was basic and not worth the cost. I didn’t get my refund at all; I lost that money and didn’t even make a cent off the store. It was very basic for the amount I paid. I should’ve just made it myself instead of paying them.
