Ordered my hearing aids from this company, e mailed them to find where they are and they said that they had been dispatched via Yodel, a month on and i still have not received anything.I have escalated this to my card issuer who said they would look into it. Avoid at any cost.

They say 100% guaranteed refund. I have been waiting 5 months and all I get is lies back in my emails. Complete frauds

Ordered early October, items still have not arrived.
Several emails to find out why, initially feedback was that the delivery company was slow, now my emails not being answered.
STAY AWAY from this supplier!

Total Scam DO NOT USE emails assuring all OK just a delay by Robot called Elena (quite professionally done)
When ask for Refund ALL went dead.

So far they have not honoured my refund and rather stupidly I ordered another set of hearing aids and never received them. Do not have anything to do with this company, that’s if they really exist.

No sign of hearing aids. Have been messaging them for a weeks now. At first they responded. Now nothing. Terrible company. I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot reviews before I purchased them! Can't stress this enough DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The first set sent were defective. I upgraded to the near £200 model. Somehow FIVE sets were ordered and the money taken!! I tried always to cancel. No joy. Despite MANY emails offering "condolences" and a "refund in the post" nothing has happened. I am near a grand short and no hearing aids. SCAM

I ordered hearing aids nearly 3 weeks ago. They did not arrive in time (I was visiting my elderly father) , so cancelled the order for a refund. Two emails later and absolutely no response, so I'll be taking the matter further!

I sent for a hearing aid from IhearMore in July. It never arrived. I contacted them and they said they would look into it. I was in contact with Elena a number of times. It still never came.
After 2 months , I requested a refund. Again Elena said it had been processed.
A month later , still no refund.
I don’t recommend.

I bought the hearing aids for my dad but they're no good for his ears as they don't fit I'm trying to find were to send them back to but can't find site ?

Total scam, claim package is with Yodel when it isn't and now ignore emails.

I ordered mine and paid for my set on the 15.10.25 and promised delivery within 5 - 8 days. Still nothing - when i email them Elena says order is with Yodel so cannot refund me - this has been 2 weeks and still cannot tell me where my order is - i have requested a refund - and not heard anything

I placed an order with this company on 27th September 25 and today (5/11/25) despite numerous emails going back and forth between both IHearMore and In-post couriers I have yet to receive my item.
I would definitely not recommend this company at all!!

I purchased hearing aids from this company on 13 th October I am still waiting for the delivery which was supposed to be next day. Not only that they have taken £69 twice. I can’t find any contact details for this company. Are they yet another rubbish Chinese scam! I would not deal with this company and warn others about dealing with them?, I am now going to request my bank to do a fraudulent transaction as the company are not UK based as they advertise on Facebook / Instagram

Old lady 82yrs sent for one got five and they took money for five which don't work. No paper work managed to email them. They offered 25pc repayment but expect her to send them back to China. Can't trust them is a SCAM

This company is awful. Purchased hearing aids for £69. Supposedly tracked on Yodel but the parcel ends up in limbo. Cancelled order and have been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks. The mythical Elena emails apologetically but you get nowhere. I have written off the money but just wanted to warn other people of this appalling ‘ Company’

Can’t say what product is like as not had it. But company very poor customer service

I bought a pair of Clarity Pro CIC hearing aids for my wife.
Unfortunately they did not fit and also made a constant hissing sound.
I returned them (to China) at a cost of £24 on 2/8/25.
As of 4/11/25 I have still had no refund, after countless promises from "Elena" at customer service.
I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs as they are obviously a scam selling inferior quality products with a 60 day return policy that isn't worth the paper it is written on 🤬

Company seems to not exist now. I have now reported them to action fraud. My 89 year old father paid £197 for hearing aids. They give you Yodel tracking number which when you contact Yodel they say they don't have physical parcel only a electronic receipt! They should be ashamed scamming vulnerable people. I emailed them on several occasions only to be told by Elena who I now understand is a "bot" that parcel was on way and would keep me updated. When I checked today website is now not available.
