Awful service..item never received..kept being told its on it way, i was understanding at first but now yodel delivery info has been removed off the system, same as the purchase invoice, its not looking hopeful anymore. Can't get hold of anyone now.. all emails being ignored. Some info on Internet says company closed in September, so why are they still taking peoples money and orders.Looks like I've been scammed.

I ordered one set of their hearing aids via an Instagram advert st a cost of £69. I was then horrified to discover that four transactions of £69 had appeared on my credit card account. I immediately tried to contact them to rectify this via their UK contact number which was a mobile several times, which was never answered.
Alarm bells started to ring, so I sent them an email.
In the meantime I received a confirmation that four sets were being dispatched via Yodel ( another useless company) with a tracking number.
To cut a long story short, after two promises from 'Elena' via email that my refund was 'guaranteed ' and having confirmed the items had been 'lost' (I'm glad now I never actually received them) I've never received any refund and have now placed the matter into the hands of my credit card company for investigation.
***Do not order anything from Ihearmore, they are a complete scam ***
For anyone who has paid using their credit card, contact your credit card company to report and like me, you should get a full refund from them.

Major RED Flag — Misleading, Unethical, and Inexcusable
IHearMore has been a complete disaster. They pretend to be a UK-based company, but in reality, they operate out of China — something they conveniently hide until you’re forced to dig for answers after things go wrong. This kind of deliberate misrepresentation is a major red flag and shows a total lack of integrity.
My grandmother requested a refund back on August 28th, and despite returning the item at her own expense (£16), she received no refund and barely any communication. I had to step in because the situation was causing her serious stress — something no elderly customer should be subjected to.
Their excuses are laughable. They’ve blamed “external payment processors,” “manual backlogs,” and “batch release delays” — none of which are my problem, and certainly not hers. These are internal failures, and the company needs to take responsibility instead of hiding behind vague, copy-pasted apologies.
It’s clear they rely on vulnerable customers giving up, which is absolutely unethical. They’ve made promises, escalated cases, and marked things as “high priority” — yet nothing has happened. No refund. No resolution. Just empty words.
If this isn’t resolved within 3 business days, I will be escalating this to consumer protection authorities, her bank, and the financial ombudsman. I will also be sharing this experience publicly to warn others.
Avoid this company at all costs. The misleading location, disgraceful refund handling, and apparent exploitation of elderly customers make IHearMore a company you should never trust.

On Sept 15th -2025 I ordered 1 pair of hearing aid from them and got confirmation and a charge of £69 would be taken from our credit card. I then received another notification later that evening that the goods were being sent from somewhere in England and that £207 was being taken from my credit card. I immediately responded to them that Ionly ordered 1 pair of hearing aids.I tried using the t/p number they advertise without any success . After several emails to Helena whereby ( all very apologetic) she confirmed they had got my order wrong and would contact their finance dept to arrange a credit back to our credit card.
7 weeks later and still no credit we have passed on all the correspondence to our credit card company to get back the full amount they took from our credit card.
I would also like your viewers to be aware that they wanted me to return the goods to an address in CHINA AT MY COST !!!! When I contacted the courier company they confirmed the package had been sent from Yodel in Middlesex.

Rubbish product - refund not forthcoming
These hearing aids are a total waste of money. Seriously, don't even bother. If you try to return them for a full refund, they'll tell you to ship them all the way to China, and you have to pay for it! And if you go for the partial refund option instead, good luck actually getting it. I've been waiting over two months, sending emails every week, and still nothing. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company!

2- Yodel order shows like they have received it , awaiting delivery ( they have not , only apparently the paperwork.
3. You contact I hear and correspondence is from Elena full of apologies suggesting they will look into the matter etc (Some suggestion this is Ai however the emails sound personal to you , apologising and suggesting they will chase up)
4. when queried further they suggest they are a uk company but the product is in china
5. Some reviews suggest the product is really good when you do your research , making you think it’s a legitimate company
6. The company is advertised on Facebook, Amazon and other legitimate company’s , leading you to belief it is legitimate

1 - Request a refund from the seller
2- Request a refund through your bank , stating you believe it is a scam
3- Raise concern with package handler - for example yodels as they are allowing this company to trade with them
4 ensure your bank are aware not to allow any further money out your company.
Extremely frustrating as on the face of it it appears to be legitimate reviews.

Same issues as everyone else. Ordered 1 sent charged for 2. Assured they were sent next day, chased with Yodel after a week and Ihearmore. Received an email from Elena stating that the hearing aids had definitely been handed over to Yodel, she blamed them saying issues with lack of delivery drivers, but she would chase up. I contacted Yodel again today only to have confirmation that although it shows they have the parcel, what they actually have in reality is the parcel details and not the physical parcel which was never handed over. I have tried emailing ihearmore, however the site is now unavailable. Complete scam and I do not know what to do next. Any advice helpful.

Disgraceful Scam
I have experienced all the same issues as other reviewers. Ordered one set and charged for two . Offered same ridiculous refund system . Still await hearing aids after almost a month but not holding my breath . Strange but credit card doesn't appear to have been debited .
The authorities should;d clamp down on fraudsters such as this who are ripping off elderly people with genuine hearing issues.
