Stated it's on the way but the website states 1 day delivery from the UK. Yodel don't have the item yet . Asked for a refund and not been given a response

A scam. I did not receive the hearing aids after a few weeks but was assured they were on their way. I have asked for a refund to which email there was just an auto acknowledgement but no reply. Their website appears to no longer exist and the link I was given for shipping is no longer active.

SCAM - avoid at all cost!

My father purchased one hearing aid but was charged for three. Eleanor (who is an AI robot) admitted the mistake was on their end (I hear more) and advised to post the parcel back to China recorded delivery which cost £23. It has been in customs since the 15th September and when I rang Parcel Force/Royal Mail, they said the return address didn't exist!

We've lost around £173, don't make the same mistake :( they are targeting the elderly.

Do not use this company it is a complete scam.
They take your money do not deliver your hearing aids and their e:mails are answered by Ai. After chasing a dozen times the e:mail management system they have stops answering you.
People who have received the hearing aids ( which are not usable) if they try to return them they are told to return them to China ( Chinese junk).
Do not order from them.
Luckily i have a great bank (Halifax) who have returned my money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ….If I could give minus score I would. Do not expect to get any after service or refund/goodwill gesture as it’s all a con I’ve been trying to get a gesture of goodwill as promised by them since May 2025 and all get is fobbed off with the same excuse. These companies should not be allowed to trade.

I only wish I had read these reviews before i purchase from this company.Back in August I saw the advert and bought one only to find that two had been ordered when I also bought the service pack at the same time. I read in other reviews this had happened to other people too, within minutes I tried to cancel one was told I could not change the order as it was done automatically. I was told i could return the extra one for a full refund. It was then that things started to go down hill having to send it to China at my cost. Took many emails to get the China address to sent it too at a cost of £20. After waiting a few weeks I discovered the parchal had not been delivered and was being returned to me at a cost to me of £29. The parchal did arrive back to me but i have the dilemma of trying the whole thing over again and i am now not getting any reply from Elena. I am still trying to get a satisfactory outcome but it is becoming increasingly unlikely now after reading other reviews. So be very cautious and not get caught out like me.Bill

I ordered hearing aids on 27th September, 2025 but tried to cancel, within an hour, as I realised they would only increase the volume. Told I couldn’t cancel once order was placed, but I could return if not suitable. They arrived but were far too big for my ears. Contacted ‘Elena’ to arrange the hearing aids return. I can only say over the course of a few weeks she would not give me the return address. Eventually she said it was China, but my courier required a contact number and email address before I could post them. I did not get them but offered a 25% refund which I turned down. Then I was offered 40% refund. I decided to take them up on that offer as I was getting know where. Well, that was on the 8th October and needless to say I am still waiting, it’s now the 10th November. This company is a scam, please do not order anything from them. The good reviews must be written by themselves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Order weeks and weeks ago and still no delivery.
I have sent about 30 emails and they responded at first say thank you for being so patient! We will send out your product again. They are ignoring my emails now. Unscrupulous company! Dont waste your money because you will lose it.

I have not received the hearing aids and asked for a refund. No response. The matter is now in the hands of my bank. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scam. I emailed 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. Elena got back to me straight away, which I thought was odd, on a Sunday. Very compliant. Great I thought. Asked for a refund for my friend, as he is very vulnerable. I explained the situation. I'l put the refund straight through to the finance department and contact you back when refunded....Heard nothing. Sent several emails last week. No reply. Its now in the hands of the bank.
This company is a no go. Taking money off vulnerable and elderly people. Disgraceful

They have 1 star because I can't give zero. I have been trying to get a refund for six months. Emails assure me I'm being dealt with by a human who tells me

"I’ve now escalated your case directly to our finance supervisor and senior support manager once again to ensure it is finalised immediately. Once the transaction has been released, it will appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please rest assured,***** your refund is not being ignored or withheld. I’ll personally follow this through and send confirmation as soon as the payment has cleared."

ordered for my 93 yr old mother. Signed up for maintenance and insurance too. After one month, my order had not arrived. Chased with endless emails. Was promised a refund which also never arrived. My bank had to sort out my refund. Avoid dealing at all cost.

I bought I pair of hearing aids and accidentally bought 2 pairs 1 pair when wrong so messaged customer support and they put to save a lots of messing about they would send me another pair and also said they would refund me 50% back because for them would be the cheapest option, now 3 months on no refund or replacement hear pods this company is a con and crap product

Do not buy from this company, the hearing aids are cheap and nothing like the description.
I stupidly agreed to a 40% refund which I’ve been waiting for about 6 months and am still getting fobbed off with the excuse that they are doing lots of refunds ! I’m not surprised.

Hearing aids are cheap rubbish that you can also buy on Amazon for £30 if you really want them.
Took about a month to deliver & I contacted them the same day to tell them one wasn’t working & I wanted to return them. I could return them to China at my own cost 🙄 or have 20% refund. I declined this & it went to 40% then 50% ! Took it up with my bank who refunded me in full & have now blocked payments to these swindlers. Anyone contacting Elena may think she’s being nice & helpful but trust me she’s just a lying cheat 😡 shame on them all.

I placed an order on the 12 October still haven’t received them when made contact with Elena
Customer Support Team 4 email was told were dispatched they said was in that it has been dispatched and is currently in transit with Yodel. Tracking updates can sometimes take a little while to appear while the parcel moves through Yodel’s sorting hubs, but your order is safely on its way,nothing yet I requested a full Credit still waiting for update,would not recommend this company to anyone

It is a scam the company no longer exists they made excuses but just take your money DO NOT USE !!

Tried these hearing aids and they were awful whistling all the time all I could hear was me speaking louder inside my head.
Never mind full refund was promised but thats not quite true. You have to send them back to china (£16 postage). I am now waiting still 2 months later and all I get Elana apologising ' it doesn't usually take this long'. Well now I have read other reviews and obviously it does.
For anybody who needs hearing aids please do not think of purchasing these... pay more and go somewhere reputable.. I can now add that they have stopped responding to my emails.. so please do not even think about wasting your money with this company
