Really disappointed with Ideal heating
Really disappointed with Ideal heating. I have a branded 35 kw boiler from them, but today they really showed they colours when it came to the annual service. Booked in over 5 weeks ago, took off my last day of holiday for the early AM appointment, first call came to say the engineer couldn`t get to me, something about traffic, so a later appointment from another engineer, they have just called to say the van has broken down. Do I believe them, no I don`t. Will I use them again for my annual service, most definitely not. Really disappointed to be messed about by them, just waiting on my pre-paid service money to be returned....

Everything went well. The engineer arrived on time and was really personable and friendly.
He serviced the boiler professionally and quickly. He had excellent interpersonal skills and was a pleasure to spend time with.
A way better experience than I have come to expect from many companies.

Your engineer phoned to confirm time he would come.
He was prompt and carried out the service very efficiently.
We discussed frequent operation of Grunfos condense pump and recommended that i take the matter up with them or installers to sort it out.
he checked my timeswitch settings and made adjustment I request.
I was happy with the attention he gave to the service and will continue with contact for next years visit etc.
