Your engineer phoned to confirm time he would come.
He was prompt and carried out the service very efficiently.
We discussed frequent operation of Grunfos condense pump and recommended that i take the matter up with them or installers to sort it out.
he checked my timeswitch settings and made adjustment I request.
I was happy with the attention he gave to the service and will continue with contact for next years visit etc.

Received a text message at 07-30 saying…
Received a text message at 07-30 saying that we were going to be the first call. Then at 08-50 a telephone call saying that he would be 15 minutes, 10 minutes later he arrived and set about the job in hand and was done with the boiler service and gas meter check in well under an hour. No problems and no untidiness.

Very good service
Booking process very easy but it had been 17 months since previous service in 2025. Would have been helpful to get a reminder of service needed. Engineer came few minutes early and was very efficient & friendly.

Mr Paul did a marvellous job, and I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with his service. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He is truly a gem to the company, and Ideal Heating is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
I must also praise Ideal Heating as a company. They were quick, reliable, and efficient in addressing my boiler issue. While other companies were quoting around £1,000 for repairs, Ideal Heating offered a much more affordable solution at just a few hundred pounds, with flexible payment plans to make things easier for customers.
My experience has been excellent from start to finish. I would strongly recommend contacting Ideal Heating directly for boiler servicing and repairs rather than immediately turning to other heating companies.
