Problem fixed within 48 hours of faulting
We were initially told that and engineer wouldnt be with us for 4 days. We then got a call and he turned up 2 days early. Hes a lovely engineer welcoming abd very helpful. Explained everything and told us how and why the boiler failed. He was able to fix it within a couple of hours.

An awful company
An awful company. Since having our boiler installed in 2024 it has had issues with the hot water turning off intermittently, the company have addressed that it is due the electric system unit on the boiler, but have refused to act on it. When they sent an engineer round to install an update he was extremely rude to me, when I tried to tell him about the boiler issue, telling me to stop talking and let him speak. The company have refused to send another engineer round due to our boiler being in the loft, even though we have a pull down ladder and 5 loft lights.. the customer service has been unbelievable. I am pregnant and my partner works away a lot so am constantly going up in the loft to turn the water back on and the company have done absolutely nothing to help us. I would urge you not to choose this company.
