Brilliant service
I’ve bought several boilers from Ideal for rental properties. The boilers are really good. One developed a faulty after 2 years but the 10 year warranty covered the repair and it was done so quickly, it was brilliant, excellent after-sales staff and engineers. When I come to re[lace my useless Ferroli boiler in my own house, I’ll be buying another top-of-the-range Ideal boiler.

Office called me to say that the engineer will call on Monday to confirm time of arrival. The engineer also called Monday to confirm time of arrival 9am to 9.30am arrived right on time. Service was good and engineer very polite can't fault any thing.
