Very easy to deal with from enquiring to completion. The guys that came around and explained how everything works were really nice. Installation was quick and no mess. Very friendly installation team and I am really happy either my new system, works great and saves a lot on bills! Would recommend

Had our air heat source air pump & solar panels fitted through this company, first point of contact was Jae Dunlop, we were his first customer, despite being nervous on his first day alone in the "big world" he explained everything to us then arranged for his superior to come and check our property, measure up, work out what our requirements would be and let us know the costings & savings, we decided to go ahead, an ECP survey was done and we were accepted for the £5,000 government grant, the install was done the following week, Jae has kept in touch checking that we were happy with the work as it was being done and chased up any issues we had, which luckily were only minor, one month to the day that Jae walked through our door, everything is done and all minor issues are now sorted. We are more than happy with our new system. I would have no hesitation recommending this company and Jae Dunlop to anyone thinking of going down the route of the air source heat pump & solar panels road.

I have only Good things to say about this company, after watching my bills scarily jump and with all the headlines/news i had to act fast, I found ICS and with them using a comparison they were quickly able to find me the best deal around, initially i was only interested in the heat-pump but the gentleman that came round got me a fantastic deal on solar to. My heat-pump installation was quick and the guys were very professional even helping me bring my shopping in :) I now look forward to my solar install Friday 100% highly recommend

Great company used them for a solar repair job and I ended up buying the pv plus I have had it 6 month and I have noticed an increase in my feed in tariff already.
