Avoid
Awful provider. Do not deal with queries (literally ignore your emails and the phone line doesn’t work), tax you on mileage payments, which should not be taxed up to 10,000 miles - in breach of HMRC regulations. Avoid at all costs, I’ll be moving to an alternative provider.

Never again
Never again. I used to get excellent service from iConsult, until recently. They decided not to pay on the due date, with no correspondence, no reply to my emails, and no apology.
I’ve since changed umbrella company and it’s much better.

This is another really bad umbrella company, so unprofessional, they couldnt even get me set up and sent my pay back to agency. They have not got a clue about tax free expenses. Steve the guy who dealth with setting me up is clueless and will mislead you. This place doesnt know what its doing. Joke of an umbrella company.
