While I have been very satisfied with this firm, I received a P45 out of the blue and no contact details available to sort out pension deductions that have been withheld since the last salary run. All contact methods have been cut off. This highly unprofessional behaviour is causing a lot of stress

This company has emailed me on 25.07.2025 to say they have gone into administration and can no longer trade. There are no details of this on their website or the government website as yet in order to know who to contact to reclaim salary.

I would like to take this opportunity and say the wonderful Shanay always comes through and helps me with any query I have. The company is really friendly and helpful. I have been using iConsult since July 2023 and bar none they are the best umbrella company I have experienced. Thank you to Shanay and Dolly.

I’ve had an opportunity to work with a few Umbrella companies post Covid. Iconsult have to be the best company I’ve worked with so far. I’ve been employed with Iconsult for just over a year and Shanay Guy has been my absolute Diamond throughout this period. From asking her the silliest questions about my pay slips to helping me understand how my employment contract works Shanay has been the most amazing, helpful, kind, prompt, supportive, proactive, dynamic diligent, efficient, precise person I have ever dealt with! My experience with iconsult has been a positive one. I was recommended to their service by a friend and whilst doing my due diligence I read some negative things online. I dealt mainly with Shanay for the period and she was able to explain HMRC had sent letters to contractors to be aware of issues they have uncovered and not necessarily a reflection of iconsult. So my experience is they are very responsive, deal with queries promptly and most importantly pay almost immediately as soon as the contracted company makes payment. Special thanks to Shanay for handling me with care.

Dolly was really helpful on getting me set up even though my internet was slow she stayed on the phone and made sure I was all sorted before the call ended very approachable too🙂
