I recently purchased the Pre-Wash and Snow Foam and, unfortunately, I have to say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience.

The marketing is fantastic, particularly the claims around the pre-wash being effective at removing grime and dirt before a contact wash. However, I found the actual cleaning performance didn’t live up to my expectations.

After using the pre-wash, there was still a considerable amount of dirt and grime left on the vehicle. I also used my foam lance afterwards, as I wouldn’t feel comfortable carrying out a contact wash with that much dirt still on the vehicle. Given how the product is marketed as a pre-wash, I expected it to remove more of the contamination before making contact with the paintwork.

I also experienced an issue with the packaging. One of the pickup heads had come away and was left inside the bottle, which appeared to be due to the glue failing. I also had issues with air leaks around the bottle seals.

To be fair, the bottle was replaced, and I appreciate the company addressing that issue.

Overall, though, I was expecting more from the products based on the marketing and claims. The packaging issue was resolved, but unfortunately the cleaning performance wasn’t what I expected.

Great product and prices make cleaning my car much faster and easier definitely recommend all products for full car valet and will definitely order products again from Hydro

Chemicals no different to using soapy water, spray bottles need pumping every 10 seconds! Definitely not like videos show!

I ordered Hydro after seeing numerous advertisements on social media. I am pleased to say that the service is excellent, the product performs as described, and overall, my experience has been positive.

A week on from my first experience with the products I have tried again increasing the strength of the mix, as suggested by Harry and Adam in the 'customer service' department. They suggested I increase the concentration from 10:1 to 9:1 so I went a little stronger. 4:1, 250 ml of Pre and Snow in their respective bottles, mixed with a litre of water and off I went. The car wasn't as dirty as it was the first time I tried last week, with basically spots where a little rain had fallen on a dusty vehicle and dried. No mud, half a dozen flies and little more. I applied the pre, a decent layer, and left it full 5 minutes. It was 07:00 on a cool overcast morning so no chance of it drying out. I then applied a really good layer of the snow and again left it a full 5 minutes before rinsing. This time I set my hose rose on the most powerful jet setting rather than fan and to my surprise........the same result. Even a couple of my dead flies refused to let go!! I would have achieved the same results if I had chucked a couple of buckets of clean water over it, a wet car! I again followed up with a contact wash using the Hydro shampoo, this time adding the chemical as the bucket was filling, using way more than instructed on the bottle and this time I had a nice lathery mixture as I walked out to car. I quickly rinsed my empty spray bottles and put them away before returning to wash the car and guess what, all the lather had subsided and I was left with what looked like a bucket of water despite having 60ml of shampoo swimming around in the 8 litre bucket. I washed and dried the car thinking that I had at least given it a really good second attempt only to feel exactly the same as I did after the first, completely disappointed and £60 lighter for no gain whatsoever. I know that Hydro will reply to this second review once it's posted and I know it will say the same as every other reply about how sorry they are that I had a bad experience and that if I would only try it again but maybe this time use the products neat instead of ruining them by adding water etc etc. At no point will they thank me for contributing to their Christmas party to the tune of £60.

Knew I would receive a reply that blamed me. It's the water quality!! The water I've been drinking for donkey's years with no I'll affects so I guess there's not too many impurities in it. It's my car, the condition of the car!! The one I've tested these products on is 8 months old so I believe the paintwork is still pretty good. Absolutely fantastic customer service guys!!! Not.

Like other reviews I'm reading here, I saw the company's marketing on social media and thought their products looked great.

Upon trying out the spray bottle with their pre-wash and snow products, it's absolutely nothing like what they show on social media.

The spray bottle doesn't have half as much pressure and coverage as promised. It's completely lacklustre. Their instructions say to avoid going over 12 pumps, but I easily exceeded that - and had to keep re-pumping to get around the full car.

I followed the instructions to the letter and after cleaning my car, which wasn't very dirty at all, their products made almost no difference whatsoever.

It's hard to say whether their pre-wash and snow products are effective, as they're all administered through the spray bottle, and the spray bottle is complete garbage.

It's a shame because I think they've identified a need in the market for a product like this. It's just that their product is nowhere near good enough to fill this need.

Won't use any other products on my car now. Delivery is always fast, customer service is great, any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The products themselves do exactly what they say they will and always leave my paintwork gleaming. They are easy to use too. 10/10 no complaints whatsoever

I ordered a hydro bundle products and I received it the very next day as Jordan promised.I have only tried the hydro detailer on my black 7 series bmw and the outcome was amazing.My car looks like showroom conditions.I would highly recommend it.

Bottles have been great for cleaning my mountain bikes. One developed an issue but it’s being replaced after trying a few things to get it working which Harry helped with. Prompt replies and easy to deal with. Highly recommend the product and the company

Absolutely shocking. Followed the instructions 10:1 mix sprayed pre wash followed by snow foam. Left to work its "magic" magic it certainly isn't. Ended up doing it the old fashioned way. Microfiber mit and wash,/wax . The pre and snow didn't shift it at all left it stripey didn't remove any of the dirt. Wouldn't recommend and wont ever buy again

Ordered the v2 sprayer bundle.
Delivery was quick.
On opening the bundle I noticed a small issue with the sprayer. A quick email was sent out of hours and practically straight away was promptly answered by Adam.
He resolved my issue there and then and a replacement was shipped the next day.

Cleaning products are good but I found the spray guns had to be continuously pressurized. I bought a battery operated one that was effortless. Hydro would not let me return the spray bottles as they said the spray bottles were as they should be, I sent in a video on request . They sent me some shampoo free of charge instead.
