Great and easy website to order from, order came with a missing item so I got put onto Adam and Harry and immediately they sorted it out and got it sent in the post at no extra cost. Great communication and I will be ordering again when I run out

I ordered a bundle with pre/snow/citrus and shampoo all in 5 litres plus a spray bottle and 1 litres or pre and snow( small bottles for convienience). All recieved and tested though without a hose (banned locally) at the moment i was only allowed to use a watering can. The pre and snow worked surprizingly well in the curcumstances. I do use filtered water which helps.
So i ordered a small fallout/glass cleaner/alloy type set and some fishscale cloths so i could get a mystery pack added to the order. All arrived in good time.

Now this is where the big change happened.

RINSE

I did annother wash on annother car of mine. Pre/snow then contact wash with shampoo all good. Then it began to rain so i quickly sprayed some rinse on the panels and wiped it in with a regular sponge and went to get my filtered watering can to rinse it off. Two minutes later the car was barely wet apart from a little rain so i did the minor rinse down and could hardly get the water onto the car as it just slides off. The shine following the rinse is unbelievable. I just tidied up the wash equipment i had out and went inside for a coffee. I never even dried the car as it was raining.

Its now been 3 weeks since i washed the car. Ive been on holiday to the coast and nothing will stick to the car long enough to get it dirty. In fact any rain just cleans it again( apart from the flat section of the rear bumper that wouldnt run off anyway).

Ive since come back off holiday and washed my parents black car(both nearly 80). I had to fall out the wheels then alloy clean them as both contaminants had been on there about a year since i last washed it. The black paintwork now shines too as i pre/snow/shampoo then used"rinse" in the rain again.

So the massive change to me is the RINSE. the cars shine so easily and the enviromental impact of washing/rinsing in the rain is much less water is used on the first wash, Then sorry All at hydro ive not had to wash the car since.

The other massive bonus is iI "rinse"d my 14 solar panels on my garage roof. Now they are self cleaning with every rain shower and the output and gain from them is up too.

Only problem ive got is after 14 solar panels, 6 cars later ive nearly used up the 500ml rinse spray bottle.

It is a truth universally acknowledged that a man in possession of a good number of cars must be in need of a Supply of Hydro Rinse.

Thanks Adam and Harry - total legends for helping me out with a spare part. These products really do make light work of cleaning vehicles without the nonsense of wheeling the jet washer through the house.

Had an issue with my Hydro bottle, Adam arranged a replacement for me, very impressed with the swift response.

Hydro products are convenient to use, work well and are competitively priced against other quality car care brands. For me the V2 bottle has made car washing a much quicker and more pleasurable process. I never minded washing the car but dragging out the pressure washer and extension leads was always a ball ache. And Hydro pre and snow in combination actually does a better job prep job than just smothering my car in thick snow foam like I used to. Happy customer here who will continue to use Hydro.

Great product cleans and shines as advertised and so easy to use

I put an order through but i put the wrong discount code on the order so i emailed them to see if they could change the code to the one that i wanted, bearing in mind i emailed late at night so i thought I'd get a reply in the morning. Adam replied straight away and after a couple of emails Adam changed the code. Adam customer service was superb. It was my first order with HydroUK and after this service i will be ordering again.

Bough the hand pump it’s great from pre wash and snow foam both products work excellent very happy with them also bought the applicatorbrush to put on your tyre gel it’s so soft and the tyre looks great definitely recommend the tyre applicator brush

Purchased the Hydra bottle set with pre wash & snow foam. Used these to start the car washing process. Have to say that after trying many snow foams this was the first that actually ‘stuck’ to the paintwork rather than slide straight off. Once the foam was rinsed off using the bottles I hand washed my car using the Hydro shampoo, again risnsing off using the spray bottles. Very happy with the nice, clean & shiny car that was the end result.

I ordered 2 bottles on 24 Feb '26 , used 3/4 times the bottles do not pressurise now( I've been told as they are over 6 months old there's nothing they can do) except a 30 % discount on new bottles hasn't even lasted 8months - complete con don't touch with a bargepole.

Bought quite a bit if stuff now as at first i just thought it was a scam but can honestly say everything i have bought from foam sprayers to interior cleaner everything as worked to a very high standard .Was always buying from Autosmart before but now i dont bother just buy hydro . 5 star service and products

I recently purchased the V2 Free Spray Bundle 5L Bundle and I’m really impressed with the results.

The pre-wash and snow foam are both excellent and do a brilliant job of lifting dirt and grime from the car. They make the whole cleaning process much easier, and the results are fantastic — my car comes up looking really clean and fresh without having to put in loads of effort.

The 5L bundle is also great value, giving you plenty of product to keep the car looking its best for a good while.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend the V2 Free Spray Bundle to anyone looking for effective car-cleaning products. I’ll certainly be buying again!

Just received some Hydro Rinse really good product make water bead as soon as it’s applied also seems to help with water marks fast delivery really easy transaction well done Hydro keep up the good work.

The whole thing relates to using the spray bottles, these should replace a jet wash system. The claim you can use the bottle they supply to clean your vehicle simply is not true - mine managed to do it for the first few washes, but the pressure six or seven months in was so poor I could not get round my car before the stuff dried with marks on the car! They would not accept the bottle was a duff one, when I asked for a replacement, (I even provided a video of the bottle failing), the response was, if it is not working well enough for you need to buy a new one. They had included the first bottle with the smaller hook you in bundle, simply because without it I could not put the expensive cleaning solutions on. Given they already had many complaints about bottles and my first one failed so quickly, I would not buy another. If you think you are using these bottles a couple of times a month, they should last more than six or seven months without issue, mine did not, it was poor to begin with and just got worse until I really could not use it. I had bought thirty to forty litres of their products in the first seven months of use, given the hype they had created I wanted to give the stuff ever opportunity using the strongest and weekest solutions suggested, I really fell foul of the advertising. Better priced options will certainly do the job far better in my experience.

I contacted Hydro with an issue with one of my pump bottles. I was asked by Harry to send video of the issue, which I sent on the Friday and received a replacement 1st thing Monday morning. Great service, well done Harry.

Very disappointed with my purchase actually made the mix stronger than recommended and went round the vehicles twice. Followed the instructions to the letter regarding pre wash and snow application, the vehicles weren’t that dirty but hardly any of the dirt ran off in fact it looked hardly any different. Had to to use elbow grease to make the vehicles look half decent.

Been useing hydro sprayers for a while for a quick wash on car sprayers are not Very good pump sprayer and comes out like a trickle resorted back to one bought off Amazon pumped bottle same amount of times and this cheaper sprayer just out performs hydro I fell for the advertising for the money you pay not worth it
