I had an issue with the pressuriser on…
I had an issue with the pressuriser on one my hydro bottles, it would leak when being pumped up rendering it useless. I sent Hydrouk an email with an attached video file showing the pissue, within minutes they had dispatched a replacement bottle, fantastic service. PS I have used their hydro foam to clean my outdoor shoes which were covered in dust from the dry summer we've had, they came up as good as brand new.

Bright and shinny customer service
Bought a Hydro cleaning bundle earlier in the year and although we have a 18 year old car the whole cleaning cycle using the V2 spray bottle was excellent that much so my teenage son now helps to clean the car anyway the last time we used the bottle the pressure just kept falling despite keep pumping the bottle up . I emailed Hydro customer support just for advice and make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. Adam responded very quickly with sorry you are having a problem could you try a few things for us and if the issues are still there make a video showing the problem which I did Adam shared the video with his team and quickly came back with a fix which worked. This whole issue was solved including doing the video in lest than 2 hours and 3 emails. It's reassuring in this day and age that good customer service is still out there and not only do Hydro sell a good product but they know there product . Thanks again to Adam and the team

Bottles are poor
Bottles are poor, forever pumping to cover the car and the mix comes out poorly. Got suckered by the advertising, real life they do not cover the car like the ads show. Cheap product and a poor experience im afraid.

Great products and amazing range
Great products and amazing range , easy to order online , placed three orders now and all arrived well packaged and fast . The fall out for cleaning wheels is great after using this saw the real colour of my wheels and was amazed. Use hydro every time I clean my car and wheels . Contacted customer service and Adam was very helpful, quick and professional and sorted my enquiry from start to finish within minutes of sending an email . Hydro is very highly recommended. Product bundle bought, red and green liquid's. Kept saying it will get better in time but definitely doesn't do what the adverts say on social media. There is a lot of hype online yet it lacks any washing capability. Just finished my car and although in places it looks fantastic in places I can run my finger through the grime. I've done the red, then the green and rinsed and power washed the car. Wouldn't even give it a star

I bought car wash but sprayers are faulty.
I bought your cleaning products which came with two sprayers. Both sprayers had problems with leaking air and one of them also packed up with the pumping action and wont retain pressure. I bought items 9 months ago but also contacted you beforehand of the problems I was facing but you requested a video i couldnt send to you.
Since then, I haven't bought your products. I would like to but not until I have trust within your company.
I would like for the items to be replaced that would be a starting point.
I tried sending videos but it wont work im not IT literate. I did contact you about 7 months ago to be told to send a video. There are lots of complaints of this item so you know of the problems with your sprayers.
I want a refund/ working replacements without defect.

Amazing cleaning properties
Amazing cleaning properties, leave's car looking great. I'm not a fan of cleaning my car after recent back surgery, but this system is so easy and has taken all the hard work out of it.

First time using hydro
I first bought the the pre and snow with the shampoo bundle with two v2 sprayers was a little sceptical at first,but when I used for first time could see a big difference on vehicle, since then also used the detail which gives a brilliant finish well worth the buy.

Had a small issue with an order
Had a small issue with an order, and all I can say is that Harry went the extra mile to resolve this. Reply to my emails were instant. Hydro UK actually seem to care about their customers which is refreshing to say the least.
