My Hydro UK experience.
I Purchased 2 pump bottles, pré wash & snow foam... Unfortunately 1 of my pump nosels was broken when it arrived. So I contacted Hydro UK. And delt with Harry via email.. I supplied him with all the info plus a short video. Which was what was asked for... And Harry promply sorted the issue... Sending out a new pump for my 2nd bottle. Thank you Harry.
In the mean time I couldn't wait for the replacement pump. So I persevered with 1 bottle doing both pré wash & snow foam.. And I was very impressed with the result. So was the wife, who's car it was.. I have since contact washed it & polished it... It is now a gleaming machine ..
Thank you Hydro UK... And thank you Harry for your excellent customer care... I look forward to doing more business with you in the future..

Got the pre wash bundle
Got the pre wash bundle , and the mystery box bundle !
Only product that actually worked was the wheel cleaner , hardly ground breaking product that turn the wheel purple !
The rest is absolutely awful , car looks clean after prewash and foam, but when it dries it's exactly the same as before !
Tried different quantities and ratios still the same result ! RUBBISH
Spay bottles kind of work , but have to pump all the way round the car !!
Don't believe the ads or the hype , this stuff is no better than washing up liquid !

I tried Hydro and its not for me l…
I tried Hydro and its not for me l spent more time pumping than l did spraying the fluid. I tried diffent levels of fluid within the bottle then pumped the bottle but nothing made any difference total waste of time.
Back to my trusted pressure washer and foam bottle for me

Had an issue with a product . Got incontact with Hydro and got a reply from Harry very quick with a resolution to the issue , in fact went above and beyond to sort out the issue. Products are alright but the v2 bottles…
Products are alright but the v2 bottles need pumping everytime you finish a door or a panel really disappointed with the V2 bottles

Great customer service - I got an instant reply to an email about an incorrect item in my order at 9:30 at night, and a replacement item was shipped the next day!

Spray bottle problems
Previously ordered a spray bottle, which failed outside of 6 month warranty.
Ordered two V2 spray bottles, only to have one fail on first use.
Full refund requested, but Hydro customer care is anything but straight forward. Various videos sent as requested. Now they won’t agree to full refund, and shipping charges are not included. If you are thinking about ordering from Hydro, I’d advise against it. My experience was not good.

Any 5 star reviews must be fake. Paid £85 for a bundle. Followed instructions exactly, absolute garbage! Pump nozzle is useless, product is useless. Stick to traditional methods and decent known products. The gimmick videos online aren't real, cars were probably already clean. Waste of money! Wish I'd not bothered. Only positive is the glove and cloth you get with products.

Codes don’t work
Why do you send me discount codes daily ? They never work and you lie in your videos I have to pump several times to cover a small car. “ move quicker round the car. Louis said what a load of small round objects It’s a shame some products work ok it’s just the bull…. That goes with it that puts me off
