Purchased Hydro products and the spray bottles are terrible. Constant pumping when trying to cover the entire car - the pre and snow foam do not get rid of dirt using their required amounts. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere on a product that actually cleans your car, not make it worse.

Awful Company with awful products. They bombard Facebook and YouTube with videos of their very weak car cleaning sprays. A friend of mine bought from them and was extremely disappointed. In particular the spray bottles which they claim are a free part of the deal or absolutely useless and wouldn’t hold pressure. I simply hate this company every time I go online I’m just bombarded with adverts that I continually block they must spend the whole day making new videos because despite blocking their videos I keep saying More every time I go online and then nothing short of a total nuisance.

I bought I starter bundle with two pump bottles, pre, snow, shampoo, a mitt and drying towel. Towel and Mitt are great, towel was super absorbent and cleared the entire car of water, Mitt also good for the wash phase.
Neither of the bottles held their pressure, one was set up for Pre the other for foam, I found myself pumping it as I went, pretty ineffective and nothing like how shown in the advertising. Pre and Foam also removed very little if any dirt. Overall very disappointing.

Great product , as a caravan user I can honestly say it’s without doubt the best product I’ve used and having to clean my caravan on a storage yard means the Hydro spray bottles offer an awsome alternative to a jet wash cleaner to apply soap and paint gloss and protective coatings , I always would add Jordan helped me when misplaced my foamer valve and sent one next day FOC I can’t that you enough 100% customer care too

I initially thought I had ordered the larger bundle, but after contacting HydroUK, Harry was absolutely fantastic. He was really helpful, friendly and quick to clarify everything, and even arranged for the extra spray bottle to be sent out. Great product and, more importantly, excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend HydroUK to all the caravan residents at my park!

Great product with a good pattern of spray and powerful. Easy to use and customer service is excellent with great communication.

Quick delivery once I’d actually got around to ordering. Will soon be getting refills too. This was so great to use during the recent UK hosepipe ban. I used the pre wash followed by the foam wash, quick wipe with a sponge and then rinse off with a few buckets of water. Result was brilliant.

Ive had 3 lots of washing/Detailing products now and cant fault them, Yes you can buy different brands that might do a similar job but i haven't been disappointed with any of the products ordered, I have even recommended them to friends, keep up the good work

Purchased a starter bundle, hoping to make my cleaning routine simpler. The bottle wouldn't hold pressure, needed constant pumping around the car. Spray pattern nothing like what it appears on the videos. Pre and snow foam OK at best, but certainly don't pull all the dirt off as suggested.

Customer service responses are quick and professional, but pointless when they don't listen to what you are sharing. I was asked to send a video and when I tried, it failed. I was asked again to send a video, I explained I'd tried again. They asked me to send another video. I told them I couldn't send a video - they asked me to send a video?????

I've asked for a refund and collection of the bottles - they asked me to send a video!!!

Very slick online marketing, maybe I was just unlucky with a defective bottle, but my experience has been really poor and now they have my money, they don't want to help.

Suggest a trip to Halfords to grab an Autoglym sprayer and products - far superior.

I had an error with my delivery but this was quick to be rectified and items were sent out the very same day. Huge thanks to Harry for his quick responses, understanding and sorting this out as soon as possible. Really great customer service and availability!

The products are excellent and always bring my car to a high standard finish.
The surprise box that came with my order was full of extra car cleaning materials which I haven't used before but were of the same high standard.

Fantastic results with all the products purchased. Started with the x2 spay bottles with Pre and snow and added pretty much all other products to my car cleaning arsenal. Great results with less time spent on cleaning the car thanks to the pre and snow spray bottles.

I contacted Hydro uk after the plunger top of the bottle came off. The issue was sorted without fuss, Harry, who was excellent, friendly and apologetic, has arranged a replacement to be sent. A company can often be judged by how they react when there is a problem, although only a small issue, the response I received was excellent.
This is the second bundle I’ve ordered as the products are fantastic!

Had seen the ad for Hydro on my instagram for weeks and treated myself to the full kit. Arrived super quick and really pleased with how clean it got my car, easily halved the time it would usually take to get it that clean. Really impressed with the Detail product too, it's made the car look so shiny, just gutted I lost half of the bottle as the spray attachment didn't have a super tight fit, so the bottle fell over and I didn't realise it was leaking!
The underestimated product is definitely the drying towel, I've not used anything like that before, it's brilliant!

Ordering was easy and excellent. Shipping was very quick.

Aside, the cleaning solutions are great.

They are easy to use, car looked fantastic after use.

Highly recommend.
