I only wish I had done some digging first on this company and their products before having bought one of their bundles from a social media link I saw.

It seems they change their minds very frequently on what bundles are on their website, versus what they want to send you. They then enjoy gaslighting customers into the belief that the offer you bought, was never available even when you prove it to them that it was.

I haven't even tried the products as yet because of a lack of what they should have sent me (however honest online videos, and demonstrations, do show very inferior washer bottles that leak, and products which do not work as well in real life - compared to their own marketing spiel).

Their idea of customer service seems to be to start you off with Adam, who will then gladly you pass you around the office to Harry, and onwards…….

Hopefully more people will check social media reviews and online demos first, before committing and making a better informed choice to purchase similar packages elsewhere.

I have only been using the products a couple of months and I am very impressed with how great they work on cleaning my car and have recommended them to many of my friends

Avoid Hydro V2 – Appalling Reliability and Disappointing Customer Service
I purchased the Hydro V2 spray guns for pre-washing cars and applying snow foam, expecting them to be decent products that would last more than a handful of uses. Unfortunately, both failed within just six uses. That is simply unacceptable for products intended for regular car cleaning.
What made the experience even worse was Hydro’s response when I contacted them. Rather than taking responsibility for products that had failed after such limited use, I was initially fobbed off with the excuse that they were outside the guarantee period.
Apparently, the fact that both products had failed after barely being used was not enough to warrant a reasonable response. I had to push the matter further and remind Hydro of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before they finally took action.
The fact that I had to resort to quoting consumer legislation just to get the matter addressed speaks volumes about my experience of their customer service. A company that has confidence in the quality of its products should be willing to deal with premature failures fairly and professionally, rather than making customers fight for a resolution.
I am thoroughly disappointed with both the reliability of the Hydro V2 spray guns and the way my complaint was initially handled. Two products failing within six uses is bad enough; having to fight for a fair response makes the experience considerably worse.
Would I buy Hydro products again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend them to others? No.
There are plenty of car-cleaning products on the market, and in my experience, Hydro V2 is not worth the disappointment or the hassle of dealing with the company when something goes wrong.
My advice: save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Disappointing product.

The spray bottle broke after only six uses in ten months, and the company wouldn't provide a replacement.
It also failed to remove even slightly dried mud, despite the claims. There are much better alternatives out there, so I'd steer clear of Hydro

Dealing with Hydrouk has been first class, their staff have all been very helpful, their products arrived very quickly. The first time I used them I was very impressed indeed and the finish they left on my car is great. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their products, all in all an excellent company with excellent products.

Wll make the car smell nice. In there videos its wet mud that comes off. Actual dried dust and car hasn't been washed in a couple of weeks it doesnt touch. Not worth getting as the only thing it takes off is what comes off with a hose down anyway. Even the alloy cleaner i got free with it. Was rubbish will go back to safe guard I think much better.

Original order was returned to hydro but no reason why. Sent massage and Adam replied well passed normal working hours explaining damaged package and would arrange new delivery. Very Impressed by the service and pleased with the products.

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this as it does not work at all, I will be asking for a refund as the videos and marketing show it working so easy!!! All lies don’t waste your hard earned cash, sponge and soap works so much better

Excellent service, a little hick up with some of the stuff I ordered but Adam was straight on it and sorted with no stress, I would definitely order from this company again

Very impressed with their customer support - was helped out by Harry and Adam when I reached out about some damage on my order - it was fixed by a new spray bottle part sent out the very next day.

The kit looks to be good quality, the consumables also good. The main irritation I have is the company is extremely persistent with their emails and follow-up marketing. Sometimes I just want to buy a thing without getting bombarded by daily emails from then on. Now that I've unsubscribed from communications I'm a happy customer and will buy from them again.

I decided to give Hydro products a try as my car was filthy because of the hosepipe ban. I used the Pre-wash followed by snow-foam, and then shampoo with a wash mitt. I rinsed with a watering can, dried the car and used detail. The result, one very shiny car. I then used Interior to clean up the cabin and this works really well too. The Hydro products are definitely the best that I have used and I will definitely buy again.

Quality products and great service from the Hydro Team

Purchased the pre-wash, snow foam, shampoo and 2 spray bottles.
Easy to spray on with good breakdown of dirt and shampoo was good for a Ceramic coated car.
Recommended products.

I ordered the full kit after trying other systems, the pump is the best yet but still needs to be pressurized too regularly.
The bottles the washing things come in are cheap and nasty, the pink one sprang a leak from a tiny hole when sat in a line with the other 3 bottles? Some days after it was half empty when I found it late at night. I picked it up and turned it over, it had not been opened, but next morning the bottle was empty, obviously had leaked out of the top.
Harry wanted me to send a video, of an empty bottle??
No-one is believed when you order things online and things go wrong. So I can`t send video but the same lines are sent back via email. So no replacement? So I will vote with my feet and buy local from now on, Halfords, other stores are available, may not be the cheapest, but the packaging is better than Hydro`s. and my discount card helps the cost. So Hydro please don`t send more marketing emails to me. Thank You
So after this was released they ignored my wishes and still sent marketing emails which were deleted.

Purchased Hydro products and the spray bottles are terrible. Constant pumping when trying to cover the entire car - the pre and snow foam do not get rid of dirt using their required amounts. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere on a product that actually cleans your car, not make it worse.

Awful Company with awful products. They bombard Facebook and YouTube with videos of their very weak car cleaning sprays. A friend of mine bought from them and was extremely disappointed. In particular the spray bottles which they claim are a free part of the deal or absolutely useless and wouldn’t hold pressure. I simply hate this company every time I go online I’m just bombarded with adverts that I continually block they must spend the whole day making new videos because despite blocking their videos I keep saying More every time I go online and then nothing short of a total nuisance.
