Actually a very awful company with horrid customer service.

AVOID at all costs because it'll Costs you... way more than you expected.

Very disappointed with the way cancellations and payments are handled. Advertising “cancel anytime with 1 month’s notice” gives the impression parents can stop lessons when they choose, but in reality you seem tied into paying until the end of the following month depending on timing. I cancelled in May and am still expected to pay while lessons continue until the end of June.

I also felt the classes had become overcrowded, which impacts the quality of the lessons and attention each child receives. Parents should be made fully aware of both the cancellation structure and class sizes before signing up. Transparency goes a long way

We had a teacher called Omar, who usually teaches at a different pool, for one session and the progress we saw in just half an hour was incredible! Omar got the kids straight on side and they all had a great time. Now we know our little swimmer can do new things we will keep it up. Huge thanks to Omar.

I have unfortunately had a terrible experience with HydroKidz Wokingham. My son attended lessons there and there were multiple issues. Zero communication from instructors on what stage they are at, putting him in different levels each time and an extremely inconvenient change of location, which caused further confusion about what stage he should be in. He was just randomly dumped in a lower level and learnt nothing for the last two sessions. They’re one of the most expensive swimming lesson providers in the area and it’s not worth it. When cancelling my sons lessons with them, HydroKidz were not concerned about why I was leaving them, they were more concerned about getting their final payment and ignored my email.

Ashley and Kate have been amazing! My daughter is making so much progress here.

The 1-2-1 lessons this week with Ash were amazing. Our daughter really enjoyed the sessions and came on leaps and bounds. We will be continuing with Hydrokidz for sure!

Mis-selling

They knew Reddam House is closed for Easter but still selling the crash course without any notice of cancellation until we arrived school gate on Day 1 of the course.

Hold funds for 3 months without any refund as well.

Was only advised that Reddam House is closed for Easter when we arrived school gate on Day 1 on crash course.

Term break plan completely messed up.

Avoid at all cost.

Lots of one on one which is great and has really helped build his confidence in the water

Taken to my kids here for over a year now. At first they were a bit apprehensive, especially of submerging their whole head, but the instructors reassured them and eased them into it. They love and look forward to swimming now.

Great lessons with excellent teachers. Both boys (age 6 and 3) have loved learning in a friendly and happy environment.

My 6 and 8yo have been learning to swim with Hydro kids for 3 years now and have progressed into very confident and competent swimmers thanks to the coaches they have had. The groups are nice and small which means more focused coaching and support whilst also having fun in the process! They look forward to their lessons each week and we would definitely recommend Hydrokidz!

Our daughter has recently started In the beginners class and has had the absolutely best experience so far, largely in thanks to her instructor, Chikid. She talks about swim lessons and Chikid all week. Her water confidence has excelled and she genuinely loves coming to lessons. Thank you Hydrokidz!

Fantastic and friendly team. My daughter loves her 1:1 sessions! I highly recommend the Old Windsor tram! :)

My son’s confidence has grown dramatically since being at Hydro Kidz Basingstoke @ Cranbourne school. His teacher Marius is very patient with him. He has come on leaps and bounds and enjoys coming every Saturday. Really pleased with his progress and would recommend HydroKidz to anyone

Marius is an extremely patient and consistent teacher, managing the energy of my two boys extremely well, one who was very nervous about getting his face in the water at all and the other whose attention span can be very limited! Both love being in the water now, have great fun on their lessons and have made good progress on this essential life skill as a result. Reuben has also been an excellent lead for the whole pool session at Cranbourne.

My daughter really enjoys her swimming lessons with Hydrokids. The classes are kept small, and the teachers have really pushed her to progress with her swimming. She is now confident in deep water when we go swimming as a family and loves showing us what she has learnt.

Excellent to have small groups. Teachers are very approachable. They make the lessons fun for the kids. Some teachers need a bit more experience to deal with young children.

Both our children joined HydroKidz with little to no swimming experience or confidence in the water. They have done so well since joining and this is credit to their swimming instructors. The team is very friendly and welcoming and great with the children! Their instructors Jasmine and Devon have been fantastic but it’s obvious all the instructors are sharing that same ethos. Very happy with the team and our children’s progress.
